We stayed in this beautiful house for 4 days. Very nice atmosphere, decorated with an expert eye just like the garden around it. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, all top. Also the standard facilities such as, kitchen, rooms and bathrooms were all very neat, clean and luxurious. Compliments to Conny and Johan.

We spent a wonderful weekend in Alfen with our family of 9 people (we, 4 children and 3 grandchildren). Bit of a pity that the pool was not available. The jacuzzi "s were wonderful. The reception by the owner super with prosecco and nuts. It is a wonderfully pleasant house. Small tip: a lamp above the sink. Furthermore, certainly a 9 from us.

We stayed with Conny and Johan for a week with a group of 14 adults and we loved it! Conny warmly welcomed us with champagne and nibbles and gave us a tour of the house as well as the garden and the annex. The property is huge, is located in a very quiet environment and is decorated with great attention to detail. I personally found it even nicer than the photos and the big surprise was the 2nd whirlpool we didn't know about! The house is decorated in a modern style and was super clean, but it is a very old house and we were there in February and had both heavy rain and snow, which led to the ceiling (the largest and most beautiful) bathroom below dripped, which didn't bother us either, because the thing was done with a bucket underneath. A bathroom on the upper floor had a leaky siphon, which was also ok, as there were 2 more bathrooms on the same floor that could be used. I personally think that you shouldn't complain about something like this if you know how much care and work such a beautiful old house needs, it's just information that the owners should know to be able to take care of it. Because it was very cold we used a lot of wood which was refilled. Thank you again for that !!!! The environment is very quiet and beautiful for walks. It took 1 hour to Rotterdam and 1.5 hours to Amsterdam, which I think is perfectly fine for a day trip. We would definitely book it again and again and I can well imagine that it is EVEN nicer in summer because there are so many seating areas for large groups and families in the garden and you can also use the large pool in the annex. We can highly recommend it! Many thanks to Conny for the uncomplicated communication! My SMS did not go through, but wa over the phone

The welcome was heartwarming. Hostess Conny received us with all respect, where a snack and a drink were not missing. The extensive tour of the accommodation, the annex and the garden were provided with clear explanations. The accommodation is great in one word! Clean, beautifully decorated and something for everyone. Pure luxury if you don't want to worry during your vacation. Questions and wishes were immediately honored, also by host Johan. A fantastic welcome and guided tour of this wonderful house by host Conny on arrival. We were a family party of 10 people, age range 4 years to 89 years of age and the accommodation suited are needs perfectly.
Great layout, very clean and amazing gardens, pool and annex building for sitting with a glass of wine by the fire in the evening.
The property was so good (and being very good weather during our stay) we cancelled our plans on one of the days to spend more time around the gardens relaxing, playing boules etc.
Great Indonesian restaurant a few hundred meters from the house, a lovely walk down a cobbled lane.

What a party to be here. On arrival Conny was waiting for us with a delicious drink and snacks. After a good explanation, the enjoyment could begin. Everything was even better and better than in the pictures "it was FANTASTIC! With 14 people greatly enjoyed it! Definitely worth repeating.

The house was really great. After a welcoming reception by Conny we have only enjoyed and the house has almost never been finished. All facilities to have a nice relaxed weekend were present, both in the house, the outbuildings but also in the garden. We were 12 and all got a wonderful feeling of the atmosphere in the house.

The owner Conny welcomed us with a tour, snacks and Prosecco. The house is in a word great. Spacious and cozy, the garden is huge and every time you see a new corner. In the annex there are two more rooms to relax and here you can also burn. The sauna and jacuzzi are lovely. It was a great weekend.

The hostess Conny and host Johan are very friendly and helpful. The reception was very warm. The house is very well equipped with a swimming pool and sauna in the barn. Our favorite is the jacuzzi. A very good stay in a beautiful environment. During our week, we didn't go much further than the local bakery and supermarket.

What a weekend! We celebrated our father's 65th birthday, complete with all children and grandchildren. With super tips for activities, food, even a babysitter, it was almost like coming home. We enjoyed all the luxury and facilities, but above all the extras that were still arranged for us by Conny and Johan: the bubbles, the baby cots , lighting the fireplaces, the tour a week earlier. Everything exuded a great atmosphere!

Arrival was perfect. Hostess Conny is friendly and gave us a warm welcome with snacks and drinks. We received a guided tour and good explanation of how everything works. The house looks beautiful! The upstairs rooms are fantastic for sleeping. You could get very dark because of the roller blinds and you didn't hear much in terms of sound! Every room has a fan. The pool is beautiful and about the jacuzzi that is outside, I can only say in one word AWESOME! Although it was summer, we also used the fireplace. That too was FANTASTIC. Everything in and around the house is so neat and tidy, and we love that. The house is LUXURY! It is all beautiful and we had a good time there together. Even if there was something, we could always go to the homeowners, who are very friendly.

The house and the outside facilities are great. The property has been carefully built, furnished and maintained. Outside it lacks nothing and everything is in great condition. The host and his wife are out to make everything optimal for the guests and make you feel at home. Something that we do find important is that only two bedrooms can open a window and that two bedrooms have no window, so no window. have daylight. There is mechanical ventilation, but we think fresh air from outside and daylight is important. Despite that, the house is a must.

We were received very friendly. And when we needed something we had to call. The accomedation was heerlijk.Also sorry that the pool was open until September. But have well entertained in the jacuzzi. There was a lot to do in the area. We were 10 adults and children in different ages. They have great fun for the little ones we have been to the kabouterbos. Trader go to the quarry in Chaam. There is much to do.

With our family (10 adults, 4 children) we stayed for a week during the Christmas holidays in the beautiful monumental farm of Johan and Conny. The reception on the large parking lot with curious aurochs was already promising. Closely followed by a cordial tour by Johan with a nice glass of wine including snacks in a house completely decorated in a Christmas atmosphere! The farm offers every comfort: an excellently equipped kitchen, suitable for the most lavish Christmas dinners. Many beautifully decorated bedrooms with good beds. Spacious sanitary facilities, good heating. Outside two jacuzzis at a perfect temperature and a sauna in one of the outbuildings. The more than 7 meter long table was the epicenter for us: eating, drinking, games, crafts - hours were spent in the beautiful dining room. And everything was just as clean. Outside there is no less entertainment. In the immediate vicinity beautiful hiking areas such as De Regte Heide, mock airfield De Kiek, the burial mounds and the Ooijevaarsnest. Or a ride to Breda for a visit to the Reptile House on a rainy day. For the price-conscious holidaymaker it may not be the cheapest group accommodation, but it is well worth the money. Absolutely recommended!
