Kono-house is situated on the highest mainroad in D, From the balcony you can see the most beautiful view over the town and to the sea with its islands, sailing boats, ferries etc, There was no air traffic on that side of the city which was also nice, It was easy to use buses for the bus stops were just few steps from the apartment, Also you can walk to town, it is only 2 km downhill, In D, there is many interesting places to see around the whole city, not just in the old town, Dubrovnik is very tidy city and nobody tried to cheat us nor stole anything, There are interesting places also quite near to make a day trip, like Cavtat and Korcula,

Nikola' s apartment was start of our Croatia trip and was amazing, Apartment view was awesome! Balcony overlooked the water, Just breathtaking view of the water, Rooms were very spacious and very clean, Nice air flow in evenings made sleeping very comfortable, 10 to 15 minute walk to old town, Great location to walk to old city Dubrovnik, Well furnished apartment, Parking spot for car was very nice to have, Met by Dominik at move in, He was extremely helpful and had great tips about places to eat and see in Dubrovnik, Great young man, My family and I give this apartment a big thumbs up (10 out of 10), If you like leisurely walks to explore old town Dubrovnik and all it has to offer, then this is the place to stay, I would come back to this apartment in a heartbeat, Thank you Nikola, Dominik, and Marko for an absolutely wonderful place to stay and explore Dubrovnik, The Lovrics from New York State, USA

Owner was very friendly and helpful, We had arranged a pick up from the airport but I would recommend just picking up a taxi at the airport as it would be a lot cheaper, Apartment was clean and had everything we needed, There were 4 of us so 2 of us were sleeping on the fold down bed in the open plan living area which wS fine for a 2 night stay but if you were staying for a longer time it's only really suitable for 2 people, Location was good and as we were high up we had good views, There was a steep winding walk down to the old town which was fine and you could get the no 3 bus from outside the apartment, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dubrovnik!

Stunning views &, Location!The house is located on top of a hill overlooking Dubrovnik with stunning views, The house is very spacious and spotlessly clean, The lady that let me in was very friendly and also gave me her Iphone adapter to use, which I had lost, The house is only a 20 min walk from the Pile Gate and is also easily accessible from the airport, I',d recommend staying here if you don,t want to be in centre as it',s very busy, especially if you have a car, Parking is also expensive in the centre which is why Kono was perfect for me!

Loads of stairs but was worth it!The flat had plently of room, WiFi was great, they supplied toiletries which was very useful, They even had directions for nearest shops and also the quickest way to get to the old town, Outside the flat there was a sign showing where it was, which is so much help considering a lot buildings look very similar, The staff were nice and friendly, The views from the patio where also amazing,

I loved the apartment, everything is impeccable. \r\nIt had a washing machine with its products, a clothesline and an iron. \r\nVery comfortable and spacious bed. \r\nThe view is incredible. \r\nThey leave you a note explaining how to get to the main tourist attractions on foot. TIP WHEN YOU RETURN AFTER WALKING AROUND, COME BACK BY TAXI OR BUS. I came back on foot and it's really exhausting. \r\n\r\nI would really come back. The host's attention is very good. \r\nThe kitchen is complete with a microwave, electric kettle and refrigerator. Complete set of dishes.

There were quite a lot of steps to climb to reach the apartment which was difficult with all our luggage but the view from our balcony was worth the climb, We saw the most beautiful sunset in the world, whilst enjoying beers that were provided by the host, The apartment was spacious and clean and there was wifi and a washing machine which came in useful, The hosts were very helpful and it was only a 15 minute walk into the Old Town,

Very nice hosts, we got offered a cold drink when we arrived and we also got free coffee in the morning, The room was nice and clean with air conditioning, the terrace also very nice to sit outside, Parkign our car for free was no problem at all,
Old town is in walking distance, we even walked all the steps back up and it was not too bad!
