The reception for the keys was perfect (the people were very kind) The lodging was perfect Only problem no BABY FOOT whereas it was indicated in your description (we still had 5 children Note also the problem of the TV which was in the dining room and not visible from the living room Apart from that we had a great week

Beautiful spacious house with possibilities to make lovely walks from there. Very quiet location so that bbq or garden games without nuisance.

There are many activities to do in the region (walks, Butgenbach lakes, Robertville, escape game...). The house is spacious and well maintained. The owners are pleasant and attentive to requests.

Overall, a good experience, The house was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, We were able to relax and enjoy our time together, though some of the furniture felt a bit dated

Key was on the door, house was heated, an hour later the owner came by, to get to know and see who came to stay, guarantee was also asked to pay, is 400 €, this happened cash and in confidence. When we left, we just had to deposit the key in the mailbox. They were friendly, calm people.

The accommodation complies with the description in the advertisement, even though it was less remote than we thought. The (large) garden is not completely closed, which allows children and pets (and other children / pets). The dining room is nice enough. Lots of sleeping accommodations of reasonable quality. We found the house to be clean. The view from the living area we found was beautiful. With the dog you can spend a few minutes in a vast forest where you can walk a lot. Friendly owners live in a nearby former house / restaurant. With something different than the French language you can not be right. We have enjoyed ourselves, despite the bad weather, partly due to the space in the house.

In itself, the house is large enough for 10 people, the layout can be better resulting in more living space. The rooms on the ground floor are hard to mention, in the basement and in the attic the rooms are spacious but in the attic it is very low. There are three bathrooms with shower and accessories. Use one at the same time because water pressure is only for a bathroom. Using the bathrooms, windows and doors close to the sewer air which comes in. The description indicates that due to the rest there are no leases for certain groups. That rest should look for somewhere else. Because if you like barking dogs, motor mowers, engine saw, engine hedge trimmers and motor trolleys then this is your address !!!!!! Tenants are correct only a second language is very difficult. Forget about leaving you not to unsubscribe. The landlords do not have much interest in informing you when you leave so that the final settlement can be made. We had a great vacation together. We are looking for another house next time.

Terrible experience with Belvilla. They were unwilling to find a solution, it takes hours to get someone on the phone, promises made were never hold. Never ever again.
