We have here a good time with 11 guys. Running through the woods, walk to La Gleize, sit in the sauna or jacuzzi and z 'n all a beer or movie watching. Classification of cottage is strange and impractical and it is certainly not super-luxurious villa, but a weekend is a great house. I would consider going back here next time. Deposit just got back in time.

Our family weekend was well managed thanks to the home Aux 3 Canards and weather. The house has character and plenty of room to verblijven.Ook for kids are special spaces for play and the bubblebad outside is nice. We are also using 2x outdoor barbecue if the weather permits always a good idea. Central location with a beautiful view, but next to a road. and cyclists ride pretty hard down. Stairs .... hahahaha ... never been "a blow seen in a house!

The house was old age. The house smelled old mainly bedroom and bathroom were not very clean and hygienic. The living room and the kitchen on the other hand was better cared for

The holiday was less expensive compared to other houses with the same features (jacuzzi, suana, number of rooms). We had the record or the narrow staircase and the accompaniments fuel oil smell from the basement. Apart from this, everything was as it should be. We were there with a group of 15 friends and were able to appreciate the property's four refrigerators, two ovens, a long table, plenty of seats to sit sprawled all. In short, in our opinion a good price quality ratio.

We had to two hours search for the appropriate linens for the right bed. It was in the basement crops but sloppy in heaps where no clear guidance was gone. Every year we organize a family weekend. Some people organize a quiz and game night, a walk and athletic activity. That was also the year that way. We had a fantastic weekend. The cottage is small, the fire escape very narrow. Young people find it funny. The elders take the elevator. But with a little belly 8 months pregnant could not be there, all material for a large number of people present, the cottage was quickly warm and lighted. Not especially modern, but cozy with all small spaces. We could as a family of 18 people at the table together and also together in the living room playing the quiz. The TV was off, computers in the bag. We had conversations and played hartenjagen with kaarten.Overdag to Coo to kayaking and to the wildlife park with the train. We made a walk that started in La Gleize and we have our legs more than can strekken.Kortom for our family it was very nice.

The house itself was clean and malformed, you have to search for what the light switches and buttons prior to the heating in the bedrooms. Bathrooms were also well maintained and the living room and separate lounge were the most enjoyable of the house. The staircase is very narrow and you have to really use the elevator when you go upstairs with luggage. Jacuzzi unfortunately was not ok, it was not hot and have only the last day to enjoy this accomendatie, sauna contrast was used every day! You can enjoy the warmth as we had a long walk and had a lot of snow polite. Personally think that you can participate in more activities in the summer because coo there is ten minutes away and in front of the house you could find a path to the adventure park. We have a wonderful New Year's week polite the whole family!

The interior of the house is outdated. In a room on the second floor was a hole in the ground. it was temporarily repaired by the owner by imposing on them. a metal plate The very narrow staircase to the first and second floor would be frowned upon. Regarding fire safety within the Dutch standards There is an elevator. In the basement of the house is a sauna, shower, solarium and a children's playroom. Just a pity that the smell of the oil is so overly present. Jacuzzi in a separate room in the garden. Light did not work. The jacuzzi is despite a phone call to the owner, not cleaned daily, so it was no longer usable on the last day of our stay (hygienic reasons). In other holiday we have had in the region over the years that was well done. Of course, you make it with the group sociable, but this house for us no more!

Arriving at the house with 17 men (soccer). The cottage was great to find and is located on a & quotoke "location. Close to Spa, where naturally enough Wellness is to find and close Survival, Paintball, and other outdoor activities. When logging on the first day, a phone call to the owner enough, who gives the house code and you may be right inside. However, the deposit is a complete drama. & Quothet helper "of the owner does not speak English, French and laborious absolutely no Dutch. Saturday night we got a little bit by how the deposit should be regulated. I also got better personal reimbursements. You need € 600, - pay cash. It then takes another 2 weeks before you get it back to your account. Seen NOTHING yet returned to date. Still crazy, if you paid 600 euros in cash, but then suddenly two weeks has disappeared. The cleaning is controlled by the owner. But people with an honest heart, leaving no mess behind. Conclusion Money Matter is a minus. Facilities are fine.
