Nice house a stone's throw from the center of Butgenbach, everything is easy to access.
The house is very comfortable, very warm. The sauna and wood fire are significant bonuses. The owner is also very welcoming. In short, it’s a magnificent discovery! Thank you!

A lovely holiday home, characteristic and cosy, but also practical and well-equipped. Very clean and everything is there. The beds are kept very hygienic by means of good protective covers. Upon arrival, the stove is lit and there are delicious chocolates ready. You feel very welcome here, the people are friendly and helpful. The sauna is located in a garage that is only accessible from outside.

Beautiful house, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Warm welcome, good and pleasant contact with the owner. The location of the house in the village is ideal: close to a supermarket, bakery, and fun (play) park. From this location, trips to both the Ardennes and the Eifel are easy to do.

The house is well located. Close to the center, tourist office, bakery, shop but still quiet. You can make beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity eg. around Lake Bütgenbach. The house is cozy and very well maintained and clean. Spacious and practical. Friendly hostess. We spent a nice weekend there.

We had booked a weekend, A nice house with all amenities, and pleasant warmth due to the wood stove that was already burning when we arrived, Friendly welcome, Very good beds and a plus is the sauna, The location of the house has access to beautiful walks in the area, Malmedy is close by and normally a tourist city where it is nice to stay,,,, but also here it is a bit deserted because of the corona! This house is definitely recommended!

The weather was cold and changeable, on Saturday morning there was even 3 cm of snow. On arrival at the house the driver was on, the stove was burning, there was a bottle of wine on the table and the Easter eggs and chocolate sweets welcomed us! Everything is always immaculate and in order. We were already there for the 5th time and it is like coming home. In short, we are received very hospitable. We are always discovering new walks in the area. The bakery, the supermarket, the bank, ..... are within walking distance, this is nice.

Very warm welcome, problems were immediately taken care of. Beautiful garden with private terrace. Very comfortable, new mattresses. House overall very spacious, absolutely maintained and top equipped. Perfect location in quiet side street but close to supermarket (2 min walk), baker (3 min), butcher (5 min). Very nice environment with lake, hiking possibilities, cycling paths. Perfect destination and ideal accommodation. We will be back.

Everything was impeccably arranged. Upon arrival the fire was burning and there was waiting for a bottle of white wine on us. We got good information. The house is in tip-top order. The only regret is the single duvets on the double bed. That's not so convenient because they "night fall easily from the bed. A nice surroundings and everything close by. Nice and cozy Italian restaurat nearby. Highly recommended

Het huis was schoon en ruim. Ook was er een ruime hoeveelheid hout beschikbaar. De gastvrouw is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er zit een bakker om de hoek waar je in een paar minuten naartoe loopt en evenver zit een supermarkt. Voor onze jonge kinderen bood het plaatselijke speeltuin, ook op loop afstand genoeg vermaak.
