Thanks to the friendly staff for the key issue, directions and information material, the arrival was wonderful. Especially since the lady spoke English. Not only as indicated French and Dutch. The cottage we found clean. The view was phenomenal from our balcony and land aus.Und prying eyes was also protected, since the property is mainly hidden behind trees.

Reception is at a different location where they have their reception, well arranged and clear explanation of how and what in the house itself. From there a route of +/- 10 minutes to the cottage, located at the end of the driveway, nice and quiet and nice view! Garden is completely fenced, ideal for the dog that we had with us this holiday. Space in the house is sufficient for what you need during a holiday where you are outside a lot during the day. Very beautiful area with beautiful hiking trails, also Adventure Valley which is nearby is a must to go. From the cottage you are also a 5-minute walk away in the city center of Durbuy, a very pleasant town which has been completely preserved in the old architectural style.

The cottage is in a beautiful place! Lots of privacy and lots of space outside for the kids to play. It is within walking distance of the center with many restaurants.
The house is small and the kitchen inventory very basic, but we don't think that's a problem.
We do think that the house really needs a little more love and attention, both in terms of maintenance and cleaning. It is all just not neat and clean and does not exude cosiness. If more maintenance is done, more meticulous cleaning is done and some attention is given to the decoration, this house would get a much better look! And then we would have rated it as good or fantastic.
Another compliment, the TV did not work and after contacting the reception, a technician was on the doorstep within an hour. Good service.

The house is in a perfect location within walking distance of the center of Durbuy. The garden is well fenced, so we could let go of the dog with confidence. The house is fully equipped and hot water was no problem. The house was cold and damp inside, however, and it smelled of mold (especially the shower room). The house could be heated with electric heaters, but as soon as they were switched off, it cooled quickly. The surroundings are beautiful. Several hiking trails start from the center. Adventure Valley Durbuy is also within walking distance. We had a great week, but in cool / cold weather the house is less pleasant.

Small house, but good value for money. Not super clean & previous tenants had used the dishwasher exactly without detergent, so we had to wash up before we could eat. Good beds, slept well, but poorly insulated so heat (electric fires got warm fairly quickly) did not last long.

The cottage is small and basic, but the price is also low of course. The basic facilities are there, but the bathroom and bedrooms are very small. Upon arrival it smelled a bit musty. And you have to be careful with hot water (1x shower and the water was ice cold and it takes a long time for the hot water to come back). The TV is difficult to operate and not everything worked via the remote control. Calling the reception service twice (where they were very friendly and helpful) helped a bit.
If you mainly want to enjoy the surroundings and are not concerned with comfort, this can be a nice base to explore Durbuy and the surrounding area.

The location was beautiful. Just perfect! Near to the center of Durbuy and the view was perfect!! Only upon arrival the house was not clean. We needed to do the dishes again and the table and the kitchen were sticky. The sofa is a different one then on the photos and there were holes in it. The shower was very warm and nice accept for the mold that was there. If you want a nice house with a beautiful view and were you can also bring your dog and you don't mind the mould, then this is a good house.

The location is super! At the end of a dead end street and beautiful view. 10 minutes walk from Durbuy. But the house is more a studio type and very small, all in one room. Well 2 bedrooms where you could not walk and one was also the sink. Bathroom is not really there. However, a shower cabin with toilet that was very damp and not heated. House is very good for a long weekend. Very good for dogs through enclosed garden. What I thought was a pity that there was no homely atmosphere. No cozy decor.

The description said that the location was quiet.
But there was a lot of screaming from children because there was a summer camp with +/- 450 children on the other side of the valley
The accommodation also left nothing to be desired unfortunately.
Tears in the couch, the curtain was missing in the bedroom and there were no grilles in the extractor hood.

Positive: the house is very nicely located near Durbuy and has a perfectly fenced garden for the dog.
Negative: The house was dirty. There was an odor when I entered. We found mold in every room, mainly around the windows. The bathroom also has insufficient ventilation, so moisture remained on the walls and ceiling throughout our stay, and here too you found mold growing around the window and on the ceiling. The seat was torn in 2 places and there was a very large stain on it.

The skin gives a beautiful location 10 minutes on foot from the center of Durbuy. The house itself is small and has no bathroom. Sink is in the children's room and shower and toilet in a room. Good for 2 adults and 2 small children.
