Everything was great) Despite the language barrier we were able to inspect the house together and got a briefing in the fireplace and other things. Already we left the deposit and were left alone. Until we were finally visited on the departure day and the final bill (electricity, water, etc.) have made. The pictures correspond to 100% of the house. It is in a quiet location and offers a good atmosphere. Maybe we will come back next year)

Great place, nice house with a beautiful view. Parking is a bit steep, but doable. Location is perfect for walks. The wood stove creates a nice atmosphere in the house. Beds were wonderful and it was wonderfully quiet. The owner is a friendly man who only speaks French, but with hands and feet you can get a long way. There were games and enough information about the area. The house was clean. The kitchen equipment was fine. There is no oven or microwave. The only thing I really missed was a teapot!

We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Home in Gemmenich! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a cozy retreat, We especially loved the private terrace where we could enjoy our morning coffee while soaking in the stunning forest views, The location was perfect for our family, just a short walk to the town center where we found delightful dining options, The kids had a blast playing in the garden and riding the bicycles provided, Overall, a fantastic place to unwind in nature!

We have booked a midweek to explore the area by motorcycle. The house met our wishes. Everything was neat and tidy. The transfer of the key and the final settlement went smoothly. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We also ordered a towel package from the house for each person.
If I may point out one thing? There was no option to order a bed linen package. That is something I would certainly appreciate, since we, as motorcyclists, have little luggage space. Furthermore, I am very positive and if I go that way again with the motorcycle I will book a house here again.

The cottage was neat and clean. It is simple but everything you need is there and it is also modern enough. Attractive environment with nice walks. And the holiday park was super-quiet. For those who go in the winter you can keep it warm with the wood stove. "In the morning everything has to warm up, but that also has its charm -) A great house so if you like basic, the owner is a friendly man.

The owner was already in the cottage and had the stove for a while so it was hot. The accommodation was fine, a nice decorated house, with good facilities good tv and radio, wood stove and eg a heat lamp in the shower. The immediate surroundings were beautiful, directly against the woods, we walked from the cottage to the 3 landmark.

We had to wait 15 minutes for the owner to come but we did not mind that. The cottage looked good only the décor was dated. The view was poor, the green was poorly maintained. But I did something about it. The surroundings, like the last 20 years we come here at the park, are fantastic. In December, we returned to Parc des Trois Frontieres. But then to another house.

We had made a last minute booking and both Belvilla and the owner responded very quickly! On arrival the fireplace was already on and we received a nice explanation from the friendly owner about the use of the house and the environment. We were at the three-country point so Aachen, Maastricht and other places are very easily accessible. The cottage is somewhat outdated but the kitchen was new and we made great use of the fireplace because it was very cold outside. Also nice walks in the area. All in all a nice central place!

Great house in beautiful quiet area. Friendly welcome by a single French speaking man. Cozy house, nothing wrong with that. Beds and pillows are good. If posturing such as bed linen, water and gas consumption had been included, the score would have been higher. Nice stay!
