What a lovely house. All the trimmings really. Sufficient bath and kitchen linen, plenty of crockery in the cupboards, you name it. The location is nice and quiet and very central for fun things to do in the area. It was nice that there was also a spacious garage for the bicycles. The squirrels and birds that regularly come to the terrace to get something tasty are really beautiful to see. We enjoyed it. To the owners; thank you for the great care and keep it up. Top!!!

Beautifully maintained house with everything needed for a very pleasant stay. Lovely beds, clean towels and kitchen towels every day. Cutlery and crockery are widely available so that the dishwasher does not always have to be turned on. Living room very tastefully decorated and the garden is fantastic.

T Woudhuis is a beautifully situated holiday home in the middle of the woods and from where you can make beautiful cycling trips. The house itself is more than just a holiday home. We were 2 adults and a 6-year-old child and have been 1 week, 10/15 minutes away were beautiful walks, Although you are close to the highway, you hear nothing of it, Clean house, very nice that the beds are already were made, WiFi worked great, Very cozy / attractively decorated, made good use of the fireplace with the freezing cold outside, An absolute must to relax for a while,

What a wonderful holiday. The house is suitable for 4 adults and possibly 2 children. Everything has been thought of by the owners. Bed linen, bath and kitchen linen. Fully equipped kitchen. Great beds. There is a toilet on the ground floor as well as in the sousterain. Great shower. Washing machine. Good mattresses on the beds. Beautifully landscaped garden, seating areas etc etc. Super friendly and helpful owners Henk and Manny. Also nice gift on arrival. I recommend that everyone book this house. We, 4 adults, stayed from 11 to 14 December 2020. And oh yes, the house is really spic and span!

De gastvrouw ontmoette ons keurig op tijd voor de check-in en check-out en heeft alles duidelijk uitgelegd.
We hebben genoten van de mooie bosrijke omgeving waarin dit huis ligt. In het huis zelf was werkelijk alles voorhanden wat we nodig hadden. Op het terras met uitzicht op de tuin hebben we heerlijk gegeten en gezeten. In de slaapkamer bleef het heerlijk koel tijdens de warme (30+) dagen.
We hebben een geweldige week in dit huis gehad.

Received on site by the hostess, a warm welcome! The accommodation is everything you can expect based on the website ........ and then a little more. We have been regularly surprised by what we found; the fireplace that is present, towels in the bathroom etc .... We loved the surroundings, it was autumn, the trees and leaves colored beautifully!

The accommodation is really great, you can't wish for anything else. Fully furnished, you miss nothing, everything is there. A beautiful garden with various seating areas, where you can choose between sun and shade! Only the noise from the highway was sometimes annoying. Really recommended. The area is beautiful and Holten is a beautiful and friendly village.

What a fantastic house this is. with very nice garden very good internet fantastic beds good pans good working TV lots of space large bedrooms. Delicious with every day squirrels in the garden and Vlaamse Gaai who have cost us 3 bags of peanuts in 1 week but that was so nice. Great shower. Really a super house and super location. If there must be something that it isn't 10 but a 9.5 is that we thought we could walk into the forest from the cottage this was not the case.We had to drive 2 kilometers and there was a day recreation with a lot of beautiful walks with various distances. some noise from the pump, but a big 9.5 super recommendable.We already had a lot of houses, but this one was really the most beautiful with a lot of space.

Immediately awaited by the landlord on arrival and informed about everything. was also a nice welcome, beds made and the holiday could begin! His being walking and cycling. around the Holterberg and to Rijssen and the week has flown. The cottage is fully equipped and actually can not be better. There were squirrels walking through the garden and a redbreast bobbed in a bush. like to come back again!

The manager of the accommodation was on arrival to hang nuts for the squirrels in the garden, because it is such a nice sight when they are eating it outside It was wet and cold, inside it was comfortably warm and The candles were cozy, the beds were delicious and the pamper package was ready .. Need we say more? The house was above expectations goed.Ruime room and spacious bedrooms.Assembled fine sanitation.Everything was available, for everything We even had a board full of games, which we used extensively and everything was wonderfully clean and tidy.In the garage the children quickly discovered the outdoor toys and we indeed enjoyed the squirrels who nibbled on the terrace on the nuts Given the weather conditions we have not explored the area, but there is plenty to do! Normally you sigh after a holiday that it is still wonderful to be in your own bed. We longed to return to the beds in the holiday home. What was that delicious! We had a fantastic time!

The period from May 9 to May 16, 2025, was a fantastic time because we used the holiday home "Woodhuis" in Houten Overijssel. Upon entering, we were amazed by how beautiful the house was. It has a regal appearance, and even the cutlery had a golden edge. Everything was more than sufficient, and upon arrival, the lovely beds were already made by the owner. There was plenty of space in the bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen. In the lower-level basement area, there were 2 lovely cool bedrooms and a bathroom, which was very pleasant in the warm weather. Surrounding the house was an oasis of trees, birds, and squirrels. It is highly recommended for many families to also enjoy this property.
