Excellent holiday home in beautiful surroundings! Spacious enough for a family of 5, lots of privacy, a nice garden with fruit trees and herbs that you can pick. Friendly welcome by owner, with some nice welcome presents PVeel nice old towns in the area (need a car of course) and you can Swimming in the lake, with some beaches at 10min. Driving distance, and on the island. Of course, you can enjoy delicious food in Italy. In the evening, beautiful views over the lake from the comfortable balcony. The house is equipped with a horror, so keep it cool. The only (small) minuses it could have been a little bit of a little bit cleaner (floors For example, not cleaned wet, what you see soon on crawling children) and a dishwasher was nice! Also there is no wifi but the 4g reception is fine (t-mobile) so that was not a problem for us.

Beautiful accommodation! Plumbing of the two bathrooms could be a bit more modern. Very nice house. Beautiful view from the balcony on the lake. Beautiful garden and lots of seating around the house to be able to sit cool in the heat. Very nice owner with whom you can communicate well. A warm welcome with fruit on the table and drinks in the fridge. The area is very beautiful. Many beautiful places and not too touristy.

Miralago is a spacious house with stunning views of Isola Polvese in Lake Trasimeno. We were there the first two weeks of September. A holiday villa for tranquility, where you can enjoy the widely varying panorama of morning mist, clouds, Monte Amiata on the horizon, brilliant sunsets behind the island and mysterious moonlight, leaving headlands canoes with huge fishermen seem from the balcony or the large terrace hours . The villa has a steep access road and it takes some driving skills to complete the gate at once, but the reward is fabulous. The house is fully equipped, good mosquito nets against mosquitoes and other insects, and a relatively small kitchen where life is good for a handy amateur. If you wind up in the morning makes good blow through the house during the day and keep the blinds closed, the temperature is in the evening and at night in the house very pleasant. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds of good quality. Miralago is not just a retreat, but also a great base for touring eastern Tuscany and the western part of Umbria in a radius of 60 to 70 kilometers. Much more needs and do not drive you. "Casa Miralago" is beautifully situated on a mountain slope overlooking Lago Trasimeno. Especially if you sit on the balcony. We have enjoyed many a sunset from this balcony! From the house are many places of interest on or within an hour's drive. Think Perugi, Assisi, Spello, Gubbio, Cortona. Wonderful to visit these well-preserved places! The arrival was fantastic. Although we had received only the street name and name of the house (without number), the landlord had still some signs with arrows affixed to the home. swallow hard was it to last very steep slopes, but the reception was more glorious. We were welcomed with open arms and the refrigerator was in our water, juice, wine, beer and nibbles ready! Surprisingly, and super delicious! The cabin itself offered more than we expected a lot of space, cooling, a Mediterranean garden with olive trees, grape vines, wild cactus and much, much more. Despite the extremely high temperatures (24-37 degrees!) We could always find shade on all sides of the house. The magnificent terrace overlooking the lake, was our regular place for almost two weeks. Italy and the coffee is always something special. So we did not just coffee in the kitchen, but a small and a larger espresso cooker. We learn to use and said they have so tasty "espresso" with. We missed just a pressure cooker for water, but have always solved by boiling on the stove water. We visited many cities, including Citta della Peve, Tuoro, Orvieto, Assisi, Siena, Panicale

A warm welcome by Franco and Paola persoonlijk.De fridge was stocked with wine and frisdrank.Een big house retro dÃ©cor and is located about 500 meters from the lake: unfortunately, it is not more readily accessible. You need the car to the village of San Feliciano to come and the rest for all activities. Locally, we have not yet adjusted to tourism. Admittedly very gemoedelijk.Zoals said the lake not directly accessible: the house adjacent to Le Falle (a nature, so no beach) Swimming can be used eg in Monte di lago about 5 km verderop.Een small Spaggia + ijstent ensure nice day out with (small) children. It is a warm meer.Veel fly and even a water hose seen! San Feliciano is a small supermarket, for large quantity must go to the Hurry in Magione. People come for the rest there is no nightlife nearby. Enough cultural cities to visit within the hour you are in Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Panicale (beautiful!!) Orvieto, Siena etc..

the house has an excellent location on a hill and therefore a beautiful view over the lake. Especially at "evening we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Downstairs is a large table plate, which the kids and we really liked. It is just looking for a nice beach at the lake because there pretty much water plants. We have found a nice spot just behind the village of the monte lago. Banchette I think the beach paira.
