We had direct access to the apartment and could equally convey our stuff. The communication with the owner prior to our arrival was very nice.

Was received kindly. The accommodation looked neat cutlery and crockery do not hold about surroundings is enough to see.

Somewhat crowded with 12 apartments on a small plot, limited privacy outside, dogs barking all night long, wifi not stable. Paid a hefty amount for cleaning, but had to wash all dishes, glasses, cutlery again in dishwasher. Pleasant pizza evening.

Nice apartment in a beautiful location. Good base for cities like Florence, Lucca or Bologna. Beautiful swimming pool. Walking distance to good restaurants. The pizza evening that hosts the owners on Thursday is incredibly cozy. In short, top vacation.

We have four of us (2 adults and 2 children 16/14 yrs) enjoyed a wonderful week in Residence Il Poggiolino. The building has several rented apartments with a nice mix of nationalities. The facilities are excellent with as topper the lovely pool with views. We had already read about the famous pizza night and it was really fantastic! Small negatives were the distance to a supermarket and the road that runs underneath and attracted many bikers our weekend. However, this property is an absolute must.
