We were 14 people. Everyone had enough space and each family had a separate bathroom. Perfect location for our party, so. And everything was in perfect order on arrival. When we left, we also immediately knew what costs were still incurred. So the final bill could be immediately distributed. Perfectly arranged.

Very nice house with lots of space for couples and kids. We enjoyed the sauna and relax rooms with pool table and table tennis set. The place is ideal for discovering the surrounding forests and near by lake. The owner of this house lives next door and was very friendly, he offered us some tips for sightseeing. We would definitely come back for a next visit!

Homeowners are very nice and helpful, never experienced this Whether it was pumping up our football or coming to get the ball in their backyard 20x a day it didn't matter at all The only downside was that it was a bit of the whole holiday Smelled like poo because there is probably a leak, but they had not found it yet. Funny fact: Are you partying in the basement where you have a ping pong table and pool table? Then listen through the hole outside just next to the back door and you can secretly listen in! ;)

Had a lovely time here! The location is serene, perfect for nature lovers, We took a leisurely stroll around the lake and even made a trip to the nearby Malmedy, The hosts were welcoming and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable

Almost everything was fantastic! A very friendly owner. Nice cottage with sufficient facilities to stay with a large group. Large table to eat together, pool table, ping pong table, football table, sauna and jacuzzi are all true. The surroundings are also very beautiful. We visited the 13th century castle Reinhardstein around Christmas time while there was snow. Highly recommended!!

We had a very nice weekend in this residence. Each room has its bathroom so you do not lose too much time to wait for each other. Very good beds! The basement equipped with ping pong table and pool table was very nice. Maybe not the nicest decor but this keeps the noise "at night or away from the bedrooms. The kitchen was very well appointed Sufficiently large pots and all the supplies you could want. A plus is that the beds are rebated on arrival is already there mentioned that you should bring sheets.
