The small town of Telgruc-sur-Mer is located at the beginning of the Crozon Peninsula, on the Bay of Douarnenez. Its 1.3 km long, wide sandy beach is especially popular with families. There is parking and a small beach bar for snacks. At the end of the beach is a sailing school with a wide range of activities, including activities for small children. A visit to the former sardine port of Douarnenez, with its numerous pubs and specialty restaurants, is highly recommended. On the way there, be sure to stop by the medieval village of Locronan, which is considered one of the most beautiful villages in France and has been the setting for numerous films.
