Welcoming reception, the owner was very helpful with all kinds of questions (where you can have good food, etc.). Beautiful location, apartment was simple but fully equipped. Great base for strolling, but also a nice place to relax

We had a wonderful time at Belvilla by OYO Volta! The house was spacious and had everything we needed, The shared pool was a great way to cool off during the hot days, and we enjoyed barbecuing in the evenings, The hosts were very welcoming and attentive, Highly recommend for a family getaway!

The holiday apartments are located on a beautiful hillside bordering the olive grove and overlooks the vineyards. The beautiful pergola 's indispensable in the summer sun. Present classic BBQ sets. The outside lighting could be better. We sat every night in the dark with a citronellakaars.Het holiday apartment is clean, spacious and relatively cool. Buy an Italian adapter plug if you To be able to charge your laptop. Each window has a mosquito net. So 'n hor is indispensable. Because even with fly screens can keep insects (mosquitoes, spiders and other pests) outdoors. The most annoying are the little mosquitoes. So remember to always rub with deet. Even people who are normally left alone by mosquitoes, are not spared in this region. Newcomers can be recognized by the numerous mosquito bites. The region is very beautiful and this villa is a great base for day trips to Florence, Siena, San Giminiano, Greve, etc ... The scenery is beautiful. The swimming pool is not in the apartment but in wine cellars. 5 to 10 minutes lopen.Wifi is not present in the apartments but by the pool. We really had a great holiday in Volta. Very special to so secluded sitting of the civilized world, and to enjoy nature. We even saw wild boar! Lovely garden. Also nice to sit on a real wine chateau and get how it all works (including tasting, delicious!) With. At the same time, you can look up the crowds as you want, as Florence, Siena and many other places are easily accessible. San Casciano also 6 km away is a nice village, where we went shopping and we often went out to eat. Also quite luxurious private pool, really super! And on-site service is also quite good.

Wonderful holiday. View is really beautiful. When we were there it was a bit too hot to be active, but still much beauty seen. Great place as a starting point for day trips away. Place itself is very nice, in the middle wijngaarden.Door the heat was really a must to have a swimming pool nearby to have, it was fortunately in the area within walking distance.

On arrival, you will find a bottle of our housewine and an information booklet about the surrounding area to welcome you. The owner organizes guided wine-tasting tours with visit to the cellar and a short walk through the vineyards. On the property , just a few steps from the cellars, you can visit the ancient San Lorenzo Chapel (XIIe Century) built in the Romanesque style. There is a restaurant at 1km from the appartments right on the vineyards. Here you can eat every night and there are often special offers combined with the farmhouse. Nearby: Pieve di San Pancrazio ( beautiful little church in Romanesque style XI e C.), Borgo Luccardo ( small village composed of a group of ancient houses - possibility to make nice walks in the country. Restaurants : Excellent and payable Tuscan kitchen in San Casciano and surrounding area. You will find a list of adresses we recommend in your apartment. Children's activities : adventure park (survival) at 2 km from Castelvecchio. For all information, you can contact the staff of Castelvecchio. Activity on request: exclusive cooking classes with a small vocabulary of Italian cuisine and useful phrases: 'Learn to read an Italian menu and choose which dish you prefer to eat!'
