We were warmly welcomed on arrival by the French-speaking manager. The house was fantastic clean, spacious and well equipped. Especially the sauna is a delightful luxe.Vanuit to the house there are lovely walks. We are the children went to a sub-tropical swimming pool in Vielsalm and Bastogne. We had a lot of rain so it was nice to still do.We something fun thoroughly enjoyed it and intend once again to go back to this lovely home.

Good reception! Beautiful house in a quiet area with hiking opportunities. In a few minutes you are in Houffalize itself where you can go shopping. A plus is the sauna for after the hikes. :)

Very nice and well kept house. On arrival the owner directly there with the key, friendly man. The neighborhood itself you can make beautiful walks but otherwise it is the car to go shopping or to go somewhere.

Warmly received, could do with all of our questions with the householder justified. Beautifully situated house, fully equipped. We have, despite the bad weather enjoyed a weekend away with our group of friends and kids.

This is a very nice, spacious, fresh and new house. It has a large garden and lots of space around it. It is a very quiet area and street (say 1 car per 15 minutes). The house next door is almost identical and also a holiday home. The area is hilly as in South Limburg but then some army. It is located in a (vast) village where there are no further facilities. The supermarket is around 6 km away. In the immediate vicinity there is not much to do except walking and cycling (nowhere flat!). At a 10 minute drive is a swimming pool in a small holiday park where you can swim for € 4, other tourist things are around 30 - 60 minutes away.

Very nice house, especially for that price. Good layout of the house, very cozy living room and kitchen. The same house is turned by 90 °, so ideal for larger groups. In the garden house is also a large gas BBQ, on the terrace you can certainly make it cozy in the summer. Only communication with the homeowner was not so easy considering she only speaks French and we are not that good at it. It would be useful if there were some information sheets hanging in several languages concerning the sorting of waste.

Beautiful accommodation with all the trimmings.The area is beautiful, not much to do in the immediate vicinity, but with mountain bike or car you can discover a beautiful part of the Ardennes. Upon arrival the owner had to be called, who within a few minutes was present with the key. What was difficult for us is that she only spoke French.
