Ground floor: Living room with open kitchen equipped with a combi-microwave and dishwasher. Bedroom and bathroom with shower (possibly on the first floor) and toilet. Terrace with garden furniture.

First floor: Two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Private terrace. Internet access available. The furnishings are new and modern. The holiday home is located in the dune area of De Koog on the North Sea coast of Texel.

It is 2 km to the village and 2.5 km to the beach. There is a lawn around the holiday home.

Furnishings and layout may differ from the pictures because we have several holiday homes of this type.

The houses where dogs are allowed have different furnishings.
