A great and nicely designed and decorated house where nothing is missing. A good base for the city of Groningen and a trip to Schiermonnikoog. With all the luxury, the shower curtain is a bit out of the ordinary. Also the traffic along the house is getting used to.

The cottage has a lot of charm. The equipment is quite adequate, but an oven would be very pleasant. The negative side is unfortunately the noise. From 06:30 clock you have the feeling that the trucks and other vehicles drive through the bedroom. It was not possible to sleep with the windows open. A barbecue would be nice too. Otherwise, a really nice cottage.

I had telephoned the Groninger Landschap shortly before the arrival and they told us exactly where the key safe can be found. The house is very nice, very attractive and for four people fully equipped. Two spacious rooms with cool sofas, we were 3 and we felt right at home. I like cooking and (OK, I had brought my own knives as usual) was positively surprised about the pans (and wok!) And the induction plate. What would make it even better is some more lighting in the kitchen. is a lot to discover - starting at the Restaurant De Oude Sluis opposite Sytze and Famke really know what good cooking is, but of course also the whole wadden region with Lauwersmeer and Schiermonnikoog. Also we went to Groningen for a day. the amount of traffic directly past the house, which I did not expect after consulting the map on Google maps From early in the morning till late at night everything is passing trucks (lots !!), buses, tractors, mowers , passenger cars where many drives as if his life depends on it.

A beautiful house with all amenities (except dishwasher) in a very nice fishing village in a beautiful and photogenic environment. The cottage is a real eye-catcher in the village. There is more than enough to do, see and experience in the area. Such as the Tea Factory in Houwerzijl (delicious high tea), a day trip to Schiermonnikoog, the seals in Pieterburen, the city of Groningen, but also the cozy Frisian town of Dokkum is very doable. Cyclists and walkers can indulge themselves. The locals are very friendly, you can quickly get in touch for a chat. The local bakery is highly recommended! All in all, very worth it :). Our week has flown by.

The accommodation is fine, but the house is on the most busy street in Zoutkamp. Heavy freight and agricultural traffic drives through this street from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the morning. This is very annoying. The beds are fine, but due to frequent use, it would be good that the leg construction of the beds be checked and reinforced. there is nothing to do outside, but the beds are.

It is a nice house with a living room in two parts. Not much privacy outside, but beautifully situated near the dike around Lauwersmeer and close to a great bakery, butcher and supermarket. There is a pleasant quay along the Reitsdiep. Nature in Lauwersmeer is fantastic, as is the region with many beautiful mound villages. Wonderful to really get away from it all!

Nice accommodation all present nice omgeving.Only we found the banks not so nice sit which is more for people with long legs.Stores and restaurants nearby. For us it was double fun because my husband in zzm works in enkhuizen and there are also lime ovens and cottage salt camp. We have left construction drawings in the house. It is definitely recommended and we still want to go there.Gr.Brina

Beautiful location. Large house. Where to park is unclear. A lower curb would be clearer. Shower curtain I personally found a bit scanty and there was a weak beam from the showerhead. Furthermore beautiful house. Super enjoyed and nice and spacious

A beautiful holiday home, although located on a main road. The stairs to the upper floor are very steep. The furnishings are suitable, and there is enough crockery available and it is very clean. A great environment, the seal breeding station is about 12 km away and worth a visit, a nice little harbor was just around the corner. Overall, we had a lovely week.

The cottage is charming, very spacious for 2 people, quietly located and is a good base for exploring the area.
Nice history too and once decorated with pleasure. It's a shame that over time things have broken and not been repaired. Such as: the CD player. Pull out the door handle of the kitchen door. Extractor hood does not suck when you turn it on. The batteries of the remote controls are also missing or have run out. Does the dishwashing brush need to be replaced? Etc. Little things that make it seem like the owner doesn't really care. Furthermore, one of the duvet covers smelled of skin oil and not detergent, which made us wonder whether it was clean. Tip:
Give a brief explanation of the TV and receiver about how they work.

The house is beautifully decorated and makes a very comfortable impression. The village is very nice for rest (with a great restaurant just opposite). There is a lot of street noise, because a lot of trucks pass by. The neighborhood is friendly and helpful.

I was just waiting for the owner, on arrival. Nobody to see. Also the phone no. The owner did nothing. When asked by a passer-by, do you know anything about this house?? Yes, you must have a code and then you can take the key. But I have no code !!! Mrs. her daughter ( how is it possible ) mows the grass here and has the. code. How happy I was. But what a shortcoming of Belvilla Huisje is fine.
