The spacious house is very nicely situated with beautiful views over the fields. The house was well supplied with equipment and kitchen supplies. The area was very nice to walk in and the town of Villefranche was beautiful

We enjoyed our holiday week in this detached and rural house. The house has a nice layout, good beds, and a decent shower. The decor is classic. The kitchen is very well equipped and the spacious terrace is great. WIFI was fine. And also very pleasant: the house stayed nice and cool. Surrounding the house is a large area with a variety of trees, including the famous regional chestnuts, and we were occasionally surprised by deer. In short, a lovely place where we definitely want to return.

When we arrived there was nobody yet but after we had called the owners arrived within 2 minutes. Very friendly welcome. We had also been to this house 7 years ago, so little explanation was needed. The house is wonderfully spacious, the bed sleeps nicely and we love the surroundings. We walked a lot with our dog, sometimes at 6 o'clock in the morning because it was very hot. We had a delicious dinner in Villefranche near La Bastide and visited many places in the area. We look back on a wonderful holiday.

We had telephone contact about the time of arrival and were kindly received. The location is really great; a huge garden, lots of privacy and a fantastic view. The house itself was very spacious, well cared for and fully equipped. The only downside is the fact that there are only two sun beds.

Owner waiting for us, only speaks French but we are fortunately another word called son who gives explanations in English.Bij us was only the weather and also the expectation for 2nd week was very poor and have therefore previously traveled.

We had a wonderful holiday! We were kindly received by the (only French speaking) owners. There was a lovely bottle of wine ready. The house is neat and tidy. Mattresses maybe a little on the hard side. The environment is fantastic! If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. We will definitely come back here!

Good beds, spacious rooms. Villefranche itself is a small but beautiful town, where everything is available for living. Fantastic baker.

The dogs enjoyed themselves with the chase many reeën.Aanraders -La Petite Auberge just outside Villefranche for a delicious lunch the market in Sarlat on Wednesday when crowds keep-the many small villages if you like peace and quiet-the abbey Cadouin if you like history-The cottage itself if you want a relaxing quiet. It is very quiet and "night we could again look at the Milky Way, something in Holland is no longer possible is.De welcome is very warm and the house has all the comforts voorzien.Kortom recommended

Above expectations! Very spacious house, well-equipped kitchen, large living room with luxurious sofa and dining table. 2 large bedrooms and spacious bathroom. The bed mattresses on the master bedroom are on the hard side. Great terrace with plenty of sun and shade. A beautiful garden surrounds the house and the garden BBQ with picnic table and sofa was very welcome. You can not fish or swim in the lake. We had a great stay for a good week! In addition to the garden there is not much to do for (small) children in the immediate vicinity. Swimming pools etc are at a distance of 10 km.

The house is secluded in a beautiful setting on the edge of the forest. The deer and boars running really every day in the garden, although the latter allow themselves look bad, but if you sit outside at night, you can hear 'em. In full sun are the lizards on the facade of the beautiful home. We are even treated to hop around 2 badgers in the garden. Really great, generous house, beautiful peaceful location. Perfect to unwind, our young children 2 and 4 also found it wonderful. The monumental well houses that are practical in your garden, reminiscent of miniature houses, so our kids were happy on the road to see if the dwarfs were also at home. Well brought an inflatable pool and there is plenty to do in the area.

What a lovely house, if you will definitely be recommended to rest. The house is nicely furnished, clean, fully equipped kitchen, very clean bathroom. Only 1.90m beds is slightly less. The setting is lovely, lots of nice places to visit, to sit on a terrace and enjoy the fortified villages. The owner and his wife are very friendly people. We want to come back here so once again.

The location is perfect, 100% privacy and tranquility. Lovely terrace and large garden adjacent woods are fantastic, the deer and boars run "the evening really through the garden to eat the fallen apples! The house is clean and decorated nicely, really french manner, so no cozy lights. but comfortable and clean and a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful bathroom. Shame about the "short" 1m90 beds with foot, but otherwise perfect, "one must.

Fine large house, larger than the picture 's looks and very clean. All kitchen equipment is present even one as good as new wok and frying pan. Delicious large garden surrounding it and very quiet. For our dog a paradise. In the morning the deer in your garden. 10 minutes away by car you can get bread and groceries, even a Dutch newspaper. Nice starting point for excursions in the beautiful Dordogne.
