We had a great holiday, with the children and our grandchild enjoying the weekend.
The weather was very good so that was doubly nice :)
The house is very good! and very complete! well-functioning kitchen, everything you could need at hand.
The fireplace is very cozy, every evening there is a campfire in the living room, how cozy is that!
And nothing to complain about the mattresses, we slept well.
Which is also very nice; the small path to the green strip towards Veerse meer.
So nice for the dog!
We will definitely come back!

When we arrived the reception was fine, everything was nicely explained. House is fine, here and there is a need for renewal. It was just like having a cottage in the 70s. Environment is fantastic 200 meters from Lake Veerse. Walked from the cottage to the North Sea beach and walked on the way back through the forest. So in terms of nature you're in the right place.

The house is very nice, a bit older, has enough space but was not clean upon moving in (refrigerator, kitchen fronts, tile backsplash, etc.) dirty mattress in the loft bed (dog hair) certainly not the owner's fault. The park is nice and quiet and all destinations are quickly reachable.

nice, natural property in a pleasant location, quiet, bungalow with a good layout, in need of renovation but good for those who are not too demanding. The cleaning company could do a better job! (So that there are not so many leaves at the entrance, the toilet smells less of urine and the floor is not sandy). The refrigerator should be defrosted regularly, the function of the oven checked and the mattresses cleaned from time to time. All in all we would actually come back.

Most important point, we had a nice holiday. A few comments about the bungalow; Garden poorly maintained, even a corner where bags of garbage were. Front door jams, benches worn and broken. TV remote control without batteries, and after purchasing batteries, the settings did not work as they should. Bath edges need to be re-sealed and washbasin was leaking. Too bad the landlord does not keep the bungalow in a better condition. due to reasonable weather) had a pleasant holiday.

The location of the cottage is beautiful, but the condition of the cottage is not in good condition. Very outdated and poorly insulated, a pity, because all the houses around it looked much neater and more tidy. Sofa was broken, the garden was not kept up. Too bad because the place is fantastic. The surroundings are wonderful. Very quiet, close to the Veerse Meer and a few kilometers from the beach and nature reserve Neeltje Jans. The accommodation is reasonable but the maintenance could be better. Such as a broken trash can, outside lamp, I don't see the smoke detector flashing, does it work? Spider webs and dust here and there, so cleaning could also be better. The cottage itself is cozy and well located. The beds are good.

I travel to Holland several times a year and have often booked through Belvilla, and I am really not demanding. There are ants everywhere in the house, even on the kitchen countertop, the house is so dirty that we first had to clean it properly. The beds are a nightmare and the mattresses are worse. There are dog hairs everywhere and it all smells, I also have a dog 🕠but this is something else 😞 The rooms are creepy and there is actually no usable grill, the grill is in a thousand pieces. All the tables and chairs had to be cleaned first. The wooden table with the benches is broken, causing my little grandson to fall off the bench. Overall, it is really a disgrace. The area itself is very nice. I have evidence for everything (photos) that I can gladly send to you. Definitely not recommended 😞😓😩

The arrival was very strange! We had agreed with the owner 11 clock in the morning for key collection. At 13 clock we could finally in a dirty cottage. This would only between 17:40 and 18:10 cleaned, with "cleaning" is very high ... The accomodation was run down, unkempt and lived. The environment was very nice! Gorgeous gardens around us, cared for and made. The lake nearby offered many recreational activities such as surfing, sailing, swimming and jogging it was also very good.

Never before in our stays in holiday homes - traveling across the Netherlands for 25 years - have we found such filthy accommodation: dishwasher with some dirty dishes not cleared out, garbage can not emptied in the bathroom and kitchen, cupboards and refrigerator with bread crumbs and other things, the Floor full of crumbs, hair etc., forgotten socks in the bedroom and used bed linen, cobwebs everywhere. No one present upon arrival. Managed to pry the key out of the box with great difficulty. The house was downright filthy upon arrival. Large dust flakes everywhere. Trash bins not emptied, with used sanitary pads (!) in the bathroom. Everything very dusty and dirty. One of the beds had used and dirty bed linen. The terrace and garden have not been maintained for a long time. A large area of weeds. Then the interior: at best a mix between a thrift store and what was found in grandma's attic. Everything outdated, including the bathroom. Old junk with a dirty shower curtain. I admit; the location is fine, but the house desperately needs a makeover and better cleaning.

The detached bungalow has on its own premises 400 m2
terraces, lovely gardens, trees and shrubs. Ample
privacy. The premises are part of the villa- and
holiday house park Ruiterplaat is on the bank of the
Veerse Lake. The park borders with the recreation
center the Scotsman with accessible facilities for
everyone.

wharf, broad strip of grassland within 100 m along the
Veerse Lake shore, suitable for swimmers, surfers,
