The apartment is located on the ground floor and welcomes guests in a bright living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table and an open kitchen equipped with all cooking utensils, including an oven, a toaster, a microwave and an American coffee machine. From here you can access the private, green garden, equipped with a veranda with a dining table, where you can enjoy wonderful outdoor meals on summer days. The sleeping area of the apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower completes the furnishings.

Guests have at their disposal amenities such as a washing machine, air conditioning in the living room, an auxiliary heater for colder days and free Wi-Fi.

*During the first weeks of April there may be work on the pedestrian gate of the apartment.

*The apartment is equipped with an external camera, which is however turned off and does not record during the stay.

Guests have access to a covered parking space inside the apartment.

The shared swimming pool is open from June 15th to September 15th. A swimming cap may be required.
