In a fenced and closed private domain of more than 300 hectares, due to its location and its position, without any vis-Ã -vis, the villa offers absolute privacy, tranquility and calm. It is suitable for the most demanding clients, V.I.P and celebrities.

The villa is intended only for people who seek rest, tranquility in a calm and exceptional site.

Any film, documentary or other photographic reportage and any party, reception or cocktail party are prohibited.

Only people clearly identified in the reservation are authorized to enter the premises.

Owners are required by law to register details of all guests staying at the holiday home with the police.

The reservation is conditioned by the sending of the complete identity of each guest. This must be sent by e-mail to the owners at least 3 days before the start of the stay: surname and first name, nationality, place and date of birth, address, telephone number, type ID, ID number, authority number and date of deliverance.

The villa is located in a very exclusive, quiet and special location, with a wonderful view of a beautiful part of the Cote d Ázur, which extends from Mandelieu-la-Nopoule to Cannes. The villa is a masterpiece of architecture with unique facets that allows the building to flow together with nature. The cleanliness and the water quality of the pool were excellent. The host Mr. Karchoud attaches great importance to his property as well as to the satisfaction of his guests! We can heartily recommend this villa and thank you for the unforgettable time. If you value privacy, perfect location, service and cleanliness, you've come to the right place. The house owner and his wife welcomed us on time after we had reached the house via a private road and another, own gate. The villa is wonderfully situated with a view of the sea and the bay of Cannes to the promenade La Croisette. The proximity to Cannes and the center of Mandelieu say it all. The garden, which is not overlooked, and especially the huge pool are a dream and are ideal for families with several children or a larger group, as the house is huge and there is plenty of space to run. The house is perfectly maintained and the hygiene is impeccable. The bakery, supermarket and the beach can all be reached within a few minutes by car. It was a wonderful atmosphere, we felt great and, above all, relaxed. An all-round perfect stay. We would love to come back.

We were immediately put in security with 2 gates before arriving at the villa. The owner welcomed us perfectly. The villa very well located with splendid sea view, close to Cannes and the center of Mandelieu. immense kindness and always available, took care of the outside of the house every morning before we woke up. From the slightest concern he was present. Beautiful walks are possible both in the area where the villa is located and in the surrounding towns. The hygiene is impeccable, the house is so large that it is possible to have moments of tranquility even during a group vacation. Supermarket and bakery within 10 minutes. A great atmosphere. Everything was perfect, we will be back.

Dreamlike - 5 Stars SuperiorWhen a house deserves 5 stars, then this one. We had a wonderful holiday with our family. Fantastic view of the bay near Cannes and in very good weather even up to the Alps. TOP equipment with large pool, whirlpool, sauna, music system with speaker system throughout the house, 5 flat screen TV and the basics such as bed linen, towels, dishes, cutlery - even bathrobes are available. All this is supplemented by an exemplary host - always immediately to the help. The only suggestion just before the call, as the house is very well protected and therefore not easy to find. Overall, the clear vote of the whole family 5 star superior for this dream house.
