The location was superb, within a short walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Public transportation was easily accessible too, However, there was an occasional unpleasant odour emitting from one of the bathrooms,

The apartment is ideally located, everything is nearby (transport, places to visit, restaurants / grocery stores), Within the accommodation, the welcome was warm, the apartment was well appointed and very spacious with its magnificent terrace, Communication with the host is efficient and prompt, I highly recommend it, I will definitely come back :)

The house is very close to the Eiffel Tower, within walking distance, Convenient supermarkets and shopping malls around, within 10 minutes walk, The subway station is also very close, making it convenient to travel, The room is well-equipped, with a comfortable balcony, The only downside is that the bathroom is relatively small, and the shower room cannot hold shower gel,

Nicely refurbished apartment in a convenient area near the subway and RER, The private outdoor patio increases the living and dining area, This was a fantastic discovery for 4 adults, with the 2 children sleeping on the sofa bed, We highly recommend it,

This apartment was perfect for our 3-day family trip to Paris, We arrived in Paris at Gare du Nord and found it extremely convenient to reach the apartment via RER, Even returning to Charles de Gaulle via RER was a breeze, The accommodation was spacious enough for three people and had a lovely patio, We managed to walk to the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks like Notre Dame, the Louvre, etc, The apartment was surrounded by numerous small markets and excellent patisseries, However, there were a couple of issues - a significant sewer gas odor in the master bedroom's bathroom, essentially making it unusable, Plus, some of the dishes appeared to be unclean from earlier use,

Our stay was wonderful and we really enjoyed the terrace, The only downside was that it wasn't completely clean and when we requested rags and kitchen cloths, they were not provided, However, the location is fantastic and having the store right next to the apartment is very convenient,

This Parisian apartment is absolutely stunning and incredibly secluded, Unfortunately, there aren't many dining options or cafes nearby, but it's just a short, beautiful, and safe walk to everything you could possibly need, including supermarkets (there's even one right under the building), department stores, cafes, trains, and, of course, the Eiffel Tower, The interior of the apartment may be a bit smaller than expected, but that wasn't an issue for us since we spent most of our time outdoors, and there's a charming deck area where you can enjoy your meals or simply unwind outside, The only thing that would make it perfect is a microwave, but all other essentials are provided (and there's a laundromat just down the street),

The location is extremely convenient with a beautiful balcony, The check-in instructions are straightforward and the host allowed us to drop off our bags early, which was a nice gesture, Although they provided shampoo and shower gel, the shower was blocked, and there wasn't enough hot water for all 5 of us to shower, even though the room is meant for 6 people,br/I received the check-in link 2 days prior but kept informing the host that the link was not working, The host informed me that I would receive the check-in information 24 hours before the check-in time, despite my repeated inquiries with standard automated responses, I finally received the entry instructions just 1 hour before my arrival, The host mentioned that the cleaning service was running behind schedule and would be completed before 10 pm, and they refunded a portion of the cleaning fee for the inconvenience,

Joffrey was a great host, Very responsive, The apartment is situated in a nice area with plenty of shops nearby, There is a grocery store right across from the apartment, Train stations are close by, making it easy to access food and other necessities, However, the apartment is on the 1st floor, so we had to carry our heavy bags up the stairs since there is no elevator, Our stay wasn't very comfortable because there were 6 of us and the apartment was too small, It's more suitable for a group of 4 or fewer, The space felt cramped and we had limited movement, Although the balcony was a nice feature, we didn't use it because it was dirty and lacked privacy, We struggled with the washer and dryer due to the lack of clear instructions, as everything was in French, Additionally, hot water was only available at certain times, Despite these issues, we had a pleasant short stay, Just a tip: avoid visiting France on Labor Day (May 1st) as most shops are closed,

The entrance is shared with 4 other rented places, so you have to go through 3 separate doors, each with a different code, The place was nicely furnished and had all the amenities we required, Unfortunately, one of the bathrooms had a terrible odor that made us want to leave the apartment, and the drain in the other shower was completely clogged, The terrace was extremely dirty and practically unusable,
