Lovely apartment, especially the covered terrace was nice, so we have always been able to eat outside. The owners are very friendly and give good tips on what is fun to visit and where the best beaches are. We are pleasantly surprised by the beautiful region of Asturias. There are nice cities, beautiful beaches, not to mention the Picos. Very varied so, what makes that there was something fun to see / do for each of our families. In short, a top holiday!

Nice reception by the holder Javier. He provided us with all sorts of tips. Property excellent with a nice little pool that you can use. Close to the coast and also at Oviedo and Picos de Europa. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic time at Belvilla by OYO Pruneda I, The location is serene, perfect for hiking and just a quick trip to the beach, The kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed cooking together!

A nice place for a quiet retreat, The house was clean and well-equipped, with all the necessities for cooking and relaxing, We appreciated the washing machine and the cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, The pool area is lovely, surrounded by gardens, although it was shared with other guests, It’s a bit of a drive to the beach, but we managed a day trip without any issues, Overall, a comfortable stay with good amenities, though I wish there were more dining options closer by

The pool is a major plus! Great for some Insta pics, The vibe is peaceful and the hosts are nice, which makes the stay even better, Can’t believe it’s only 3 km from the town, Definitely a spot for a low-key getaway

The property is located a few kilometers outside the village of Nava in a green, hilly area. There are 2 more holiday homes in the house. We really enjoyed the large covered terrace and the fenced garden. The swimming pool is lovely too. The home is furnished with everything you need and the owner is very helpful. The area is very varied with mountains, beaches and nice towns within a short distance.

Very friendly welcome by the owners many great tips for day trips in the area, beautiful beaches, the Picos and nice cities. The accommodation looked clean and tidy because it had rained a lot in the past few months it was damp in the house, especially the beds. Furthermore everything, pleasant garden with furniture and covered terrace. The area is very much a variety of activities in the mountains, near the beaches and in the towns / villages in the area.

Despite a bit of bad weather at the start, we had a very pleasantb stay. House owners were very social and helpful, and did their utmost the make the stay as pleasant as possible. The house was a very pretty renovated corn barn, with all modern conveniences. Shops in Nava were closeby, and also two nice beaches (Rodiles/Griega) and a bigger town (Oviedo) were close enough. In terms of museums etc it has less to offer than say Andalucia, but the beeautiful nature makes up for that. Especially for walking the hills and mountains (e.g. Picos de Europa) of Asturia are very nice. All in all a very nice holiday.

Nava (3 kms) has an interesting Cider Museum dedicated to its production. Each year celebrates its International Festival on the second weekend of July. The main activities in the area: hiking, horseback riding, canoeing, mountain hiking, fishing, golf, water sports, etc. In low season the house organizes guided activities: - Scenic route around the Picos de Europa with visits to specific villages, multiple photo stops and lunch included. - Visit of landscapes and places most representative of the Shire of Sueve, from the interior to the coast, past the top of Fito and visiting the towns of Arriondas, Colunga and ballasts, besides the beaches of Caravia. - Tour of the middle stretch of the river Hell / Espinaredo to know the formation and evolution of a copy territory of Asturian countryside. View Riofabar and exclusive Espinaredo granaries path between the XVI century.
