Very nice reception, nice house, good mix of rustic and comfort. Absolutely sufficient for a nice relaxing holiday. Beds were good, nice rooms and gorgeous views! Very nice garden and great scenery. We and our dogs have felt ourselves very well. Those looking for a relaxing quiet place to feel at home is the right place, we will come back and probably more than a week!

For the second time this year a week's holiday in the Pereboom. Receiving the house and the garden was superb. The weather was really summers have so fully enjoy the garden with stunning views. And will definitely be back there.

Very quiet location, garden, no terrace. Wood stove heats whole house. (You have to lend a hand) -) In cooler weather, the living room and kitchen in the morning is just cold. Very nice view over meadows and forest. We had a visit from deer and a fox.

Arrival was well arranged, house is a bit dated but we did not mind. The garden completely fenced was great for our dog and the silence was great. Walked a lot, eating out, etc. Top holiday !!

We have enjoyed the cottage pear tree in tachaovhet's so quiet no church bells no barking dogs only animals in the area such as crickets, herten.een few suggestions to see beaver tour in lesna we have no beavers maybe seen that you are very early or against the dark. but the dams and castle are worth to zien.ook the singing fountain in marianske lanze after dark is very beautiful also they have different springs bezoncht a very beautiful spring ferdinanduv the street which is called the Angelica street at the sports park we have wanted for a while but here you see the water bubbling also you can taste because people grab a bottle of water on a daily basis, we found the water not like .also walked a lot with the dogs and a few places visited. thus gelsaagde holiday where we still have a time to go willen..hartelijk greeting fam den Engelsman.

The two weeks we stayed in the Czech Republic we really liked. The country is very beautiful, we had beautiful summer weather. And in the woods and on the field by the house we saw deer. Later in the forest is also a deer and a vos.De Dutch owner left some folders show us upon arrival on the area. Unfortunately, these leaflets were almost all in the Tsjechisch.Het holiday is quite a major overhaul to. Windows are cracked, beds almost fall apart and the house was not really schoon.Wij hope the owner hard on this battle goes, because compared to other homes in the area this home for what the customer gets in the expensive side.

We were very surprised by the beautiful location of the cottage. The views from the house and the garden was incredibly beautiful. A quiet spot, completely detached. The house fits perfectly with its surroundings and spacious bedrooms. The large enclosed garden was great for our dogs. They were also in the shade of the trees on the grass. A few hundred meters apart have other houses but completely hidden from view by trees and bushes. We are welcomed by the very friendly Dutch owner with a bottle of wine. The beautiful surroundings provoked to take long walks. We had a super holiday. Completely calmed down. We will certainly come back once more, but then longer!

we really enjoyed house pear tree, the enclosed garden was lovely dogs vd, t view was more than beautiful and if you love nature and tranquility is your lovely cottage in pear tree. However, t was a bit damp in the house (we were there in September), so with wood burning wast t nice pleasant in the living room.

Well, the cottage is quite sober to Dutch standards, the environment is undoubtedly beautiful. The countryside of west bohemia is quite primitive, although you see that working on it. In this context, we willl be meegevn that we think the price quality ratio is really not true. Be paid in the season in my opinion too much for this spot. Especially considering the somewhat primitive facilities in the cottage. No heating, no dishwasher, washing maschine, moderate beds etc. .. Yet we give this house for lovers of peace and nature a 7

It is a very spacious house, which is beautifully situated. Even with 6 people (we were 2) there is plenty of room. It is well out of sight and out of earshot of other houses. House is fully equipped. You can enjoy hiking in the area, there are plenty of maps and information leaflets in the house. The administrator (Jan Willem) is Dutch, but not always easily accessible. For children there is little, not toys / games. "At night you can make up a campfire in the appropriate place. BBQ" and is doing well. Well We have unfortunately experienced great difficulties of insects (horseflies etc.). Prague is a 1 hour and 45 min drive. Metro card is converted € 4.40, thus allows unlimited travel throughout the day.

2 week been Pear tree in the house, what a rest and what a wild animal. R nwe have seen from the chair in the garden the red kite (span 17 cm), deer, fox, r nand we heard wild pigs. r n! look under the first tree 5 meters from the fence, there was several times under a deer while we were in the garden!! r nthe cottage is highly recommended for people of peace keeping. r nzeer friendly owners.

We had a very nice holiday. The house is spacious and has the things you need. It is completely free, a very large garden with stunning views. It is not far from the German border. Nature is beautiful in the area and there are so many beautiful places to visit, both in the Czech Republic and Germany.

We were looking for peace and privacy at home Pereboom. Which we certainly had. Delicious three weeks, including 2 1/2 beautiful weather, which of course plays a big role in late August, early September. But also on the cooler evenings we sat warm thanks to the good stove. With beautiful evenings: big campfire in the designated tons and vuurplek.Elke evening, without exception, spotted deer and roe deer. Luckily we had brought the binoculars ...... but sometimes they were so close that it is not even necessary! Near a few good eateries with free Extensive map and very reasonable prices. Also sufficient supermarkets.

We had this vacation house chosen because we wanted to spend this year with the kids (5) holidays almost without commercial influences. So no TV, cinema, playgrounds, entertainment as usual is common in resorts. We had equipped us with sufficient tools to experience in the nearby forests and adventure here and also to build something out of all the natural products. Of course, always with regard to the nature. Thus it was possible to build a shelter right next to the house from us a few branches and two covers. The children helped with diligently and were allowed to spend the night in it. Under almost the open sky. That was great. In the forest, there were plenty of berries to snack. The pasture with hay bales were ideal to romp and climb. In short order, the children had to do. On the property was a small sandbox for the little ones. The brought Minipool made the whole thing perfect for the little ones. The plot was solid fenced, so you could let the kids play outside without problems while cooking or doing other things in the house. In addition, this object is far away from any road. A very nice house. Cosy and tastefully decorated and luxurious beds concepts Czech (probably by the Dutch owner). A very spacious house also for several people enough ruimte.De location is perfect for people who like to walk and tranquility. Every day there were deer to see that the garden of the house passed by. Well fenced garden is perfect for our honden.Als with your children will bring some stuff to occupy them eg a ball or badmintonracket.Tachov is a pretty big place with lots of restaurants and plenty of opportunities for shopping.

The house is very nicely decorated in a country style with a focus on small details. The oven for even heating in the living room with its cozy warmth adds to the charm of the house. The bathroom is very simple and basic, but clean. The seclusion of the house, as well as the great view contributes to a good rest. The local support by the landlord was very good.
