I had a fantastic experience staying at CMG’s airbnb, The position was excellent and the vicinity was filled with superb eateries and activities! The host was also really welcoming and quick to respond! I would suggest this place to anyone wishing to stay in the 17th arrondissement!

Felt as if we were guests at a stylish friend's apartment, Exquisite design, stunning panoramic views of the city and sky, Incredibly romantic for a couple, yet also perfect for a family of four, Conveniently located near bus stops, RER C, and metro stations, Just a quick 20-30 minute ride to most central Paris attractions, Walking distance to numerous fantastic restaurants, clothing stores, grocery shops, and delightful pastry cafes, The neighborhood is lively on weekday mornings, but nothing out of the ordinary, Enjoyed observing people from the windows, Mansion Lohezic stood out as our preferred store in the vicinity, We had a restful night's sleep,

The apartment was lovely and tidy, just like the pictures, and it even had an elevator, Additionally, there were plenty of towels available, which was convenient as I was staying for the entire week, The only issue was the inability to receive mail at the location, I had a missing luggage that needed to be delivered, but the host did not provide a door code or name for the mailbox, making it impossible to receive it,

the apartment is beautiful as in the photos and large enough for a family, The possibility of receiving and leaving the keys in a box allows you to check in and check out with a wider time frame than average, The metro is a few steps away, as well as a supermarket, pharmacy, bar, and other shops and restaurants, The area is close to the Arc de Triomphe (within walking distance), The host responds quickly to questions and doubts, very positive experience, recommended!

This location is a great place to stay, moderately spacious with nice furnishings and a clean bathroom which is very important, The host Joffrey was extremely helpful, It is also centrally located, easy to navigate, and safe, Good spot, My only issues are that it can get quite cold and there is no additional heating apart from the central heating system which may pose difficulties for families with children or those who are prone to catching colds easily, Furthermore, the kitchen is not very user-friendly especially for those who intend to cook, Obtaining the apartment key can be quite stressful, especially for travelers coming from afar, No one wants to have to trek a long way to retrieve the key to the apartment in cold weather, especially when accompanied by children and relying on public transportation, Lastly, the check-out time is uncomfortably early, Apart from these concerns, the apartment is a good option if these issues can be addressed,
