This holiday home from 1967 and modernized in 2019 is located on a large natural plot with good terraces at Nr. Lyngby. The cottage is very well furnished with two bedrooms divided into one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The living room is i.a. furnished with wood stove and TV with Danish and German channels. Nice bathroom with toilet, sink and shower and underfloor heating. Kitchen with i.a. dishwasher, fridge / freezer and extractor hood. Short walking distance to good bathing beach and short driving distance to Fårup Sommerland. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

A really beautiful, cozy holiday home, lovingly furnished in a family and child-friendly way, very well maintained, super clean and perfectly equipped, especially the kitchen - nothing was missing, bright rooms, lots of light! The layout of the rooms is also just right - there are enough cupboards for storage, even children's toys and board games are available, even the bathroom is child-friendly, there is a small step stool so that the little ones can reach the sink, / A beautiful, well-kept property with several terraces/seating options, a swing for the little ones, which can be seen from the living room and the kitchen, / The terrace furniture and the grill are very well maintained, / The beach is within walking distance, a long staircase leads down, / We spent a lovely week in this wonderful house, which was over far too quickly - and we would love to come back!

Very good and extensive facilities, Large and well-kept, elevated property with a beautiful lawn and a view of the North Sea, Comfortable beds, beautiful open-plan kitchen-living room with sufficient cutlery, cooking utensils and comfortable furniture, Terrace with sufficient seating, Clean and relatively new Weber kettle grill, A large box with some toys is on the terrace, / Due to the high location of the property, it is also very windy there, / The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away and can be easily reached via a steep staircase, We would rent this house again,
