This lovely holiday home with private pool and breathtaking views is located in Marignac-en-Diois, halfway between Marseille and Lyon, at the crossroads of the Vercors and Baronnies regional natural parks. It comfortably accommodates families and friends.

The region offers a wide variety of attractions. The medieval Crest tower offers stunning panoramic views of the region, and a visit to the traditional magnanerie in Saillans (26 km) is a special experience. Moreover, you can enjoy hiking in the immediate surroundings, past rivers, pine forests, caves, valleys and picturesque villages, such as Pontaix and Châtillon. For children, a visit to the Jardin des Oiseaux in Upie is a must, as is a visit to the aquarium in Allex. The town of Die, famous for its sparkling Clairette wine, is 9 km away. You will find several wine cellars and cosy restaurants.

From the terrace you can enjoy fairytale views of the beautiful mountain landscape. Children can play carefree in the beautiful garden that slopes down to the forest.

Overall, a pleasant stay, The house was well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere, We enjoyed our evenings on the terrace, watching the stars, The proximity to Die for wine tasting was a nice bonus, I would recommend this place for a peaceful escape

Environment is beautiful, reception was fine. The house is dated, poorly maintained and poorly cleaned.Four persoben bed linen rented the sizes of the fitted sheets did not match the dimensions of the beds. Two of the three showers functioned badly / not.

Many positive points: The house is large with a breathtaking view of the Vercors massif. The equipment is more than complete with swimming pool, volleyball court, ping-pong table with accessories to play, on the household side too, in addition to the standard, we have a real freezer, a washing machine, iron and board. iron, hair dryer, etc., only the storage in the room is a little reduced and very disparate. One point is very negative and left us a very bad first impression: General dirt. Not a surface (tables, plan of kitchen, crockery cupboard, plates and microwave) which did not stick to the hand to the touch, barbecue in a deplorable state, spider webs and large dirt in all angles of the rooms, no organization or deposit for bins, fridge no emptied not cleaned since ??? (for example: remainder of ketchup with 2cm in the bottle). Our first half-day (at 7) was therefore for a "minimum survival cleaning". This is unacceptable, especially since we paid a cleaning of 100 â‚¬ for our rental. It is really a shame because this house and this place have very great qualities.

Snow, sun, everything we had in the period from late April - early May 2016. And that is not at all a drawback in this beautiful setting. The view from the house in the valley to Die and on the rocks of Natural Park of the Vercors was breathtakingly beautiful. Friendly people in the villages who have time for you. France z "s best.

Our second experience with Octopus Travel, was another hit. This house, located next to a "maison de retraite" is situated in a place of silence. The nature is overwhelming, fierce and Masale presence of vultures in this area was one of the highlights of our holiday. Those looking to nearby tourist centers, comes less into his own, who loves nature for hiking, biking, bird watching, etc ... will certainly come to his features.
