The location is superb, in a vibrant neighborhood with many dining options, It's surprisingly peaceful once you're inside, Easy access to all central Paris sites either by foot or Metro, The place is clean, albeit somewhat minimalistic, We would've liked more information, for example, how to use the washer/dryer, and local restaurant or cafe suggestions, The beds were cozy, It was a stay for two couples extending their Paris visit following a fortnight journey in other French regions,

We were two couples and we chose this apartment specifically because it has two bedrooms and a bathroom for each room. The excellent quality of the large beds is remarkable. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a cozy dining area. The apartment is spacious, bright, quiet and well equipped with everything you need, without unnecessary frills. It is perfect for families or a small group. We all felt very comfortable straight away. Even in the event of possible major problems, those responsible do everything they can to solve them permanently to everyone's full satisfaction. The unique location on a busy street with a lot of Parisian charm is also remarkable. There are many convenient restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity - all close to the Place de la Bastille. However, once you are in the courtyard and in the apartment, there is a great sense of calm. We can highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is actually in a superb location, with numerous restaurants and shops right on the doorstep, The apartment itself is extremely charming, although the bathrooms could have been cleaner, The beds are clean and comfortable, What I found odd was that the check-in and check-out times stated on AirBnB (check-in at 3pm and check-out at 11am) do not correspond to the actual times, If one wishes to check in at 3pm, this is possible for an additional fee, It would be fair if the correct times were stated on AirBnB and pointed out that earlier check-in is possible for an additional fee, Unfortunately, the host's response to my query in this regard was not very polite, However, as this is an agency, the employee may have just been having a bad day, Overall, however, we had a pleasant stay,
