Mrs Debarsy is very friendly and helpful and responds quickly to a message. Gave a tour of the cottage on arrival and took the time to explain everything. It is a lovely old well kept cottage with a low ceiling and beams. Has a spacious kitchen, living-dining room and two spacious bedrooms. Everything is there and very clean. It is a cozy cottage not particularly large, but spacious enough for 4 people. It has a beautiful large private garden, which is a great place to relax. During the whole holiday breakfast and dinner in the garden, delicious. Han-sur-Lesse is a beautiful area, great walking area, many forests and beautiful castles

Delicious enjoyed the cozy cottage from 1850, the beautiful walks and activities in the village. Kayaking over the Lesse from Gendron to Anseremme is highly recommended.

The cottage is ideally located just a few minutes walk from the center of Han-sur-Lesse and the caves of Han are easily reached on foot. The cottage itself provides everything you need to have a good time with your family. Only the low ceilings (I am ± 1m90) are a bit annoying.

It is a small but cozy holiday home, within walking distance of the village & the ideal base for all kinds of day trips. The house was very neat, and the hostess had provided a nice gift on arrival. You have your own small parking lot, and you can enjoy a nice garden. In short, a nice stay for our family!

What a very nice half-timbered house! Completely renovated, so everything was new / clean / tidy. We had a few wonderful days there, partly because of the huge garden with lots of privacy. Wonderful place to unwind. The Ardennes is a beautiful area. The weather was of course also with us. It would be nice if there would also be wifi. We missed a trash can in the bathroom.

Last year in October we had a very pleasant stay with our daughter who was then one and a half years old. The cottage is small, with low ceilings, but that makes it quite cosy. With two couples it seems a bit too small to us, but for us it was perfect. The fireplace completes the experience. The kitchen is in an adjoining but separate room from the living room, as usual in old houses. The hostess is cordial and available. The only downside we found was the sofa: it is tired and needs to be replaced. Within walking distance you will find a supermarket and a few eateries. Han's park is great fun even without visiting the caves. We enjoyed our stay!

In this typical charming Ardennes house we were received super friendly by the owner. There was even a bottle of local beer in the fridge! The cottage is rather small, but for our family, 2 adults and 2 children, this was ideal! A well equipped kitchen, beds made, large garden, bbq! Some assets! But especially within walking distance of the village and the Caves of Han! Ideal! Also a nice walk in the woods! Highly recommended for a stay with the family!

Very nice house, in a quiet location. Very friendly landlord. The driveway to the parking lot must be driven carefully; depending on the wheelbase of the vehicle and the type of vehicle, you could end up sitting at the rear when driving up or down. I told the landlady. She will take care of the matter.
You should also be able to handle climbing stairs well. The climb to the bedrooms is very narrow. As is the case in an old house. Ceiling height is also not for tall people.
We'd love to come back.

It is a very nice house. With an earth woman you receive. Just keep in mind that tall people often bump their heads on low ceiling beams and low door posts. Furthermore, really had a top holiday.

Arrival was well arranged. We had to call the owner's phone number. She was there within 5 minutes. Just a short tour and some explanation. House is great, it is not very big. We were 4 adults and then it is fine, so we would not recommend more. Huisje is located a short walk from the center where there are a few eateries and there is also a departure stop for visiting the caves and nature park. Only downside was the shower. Minimal radius that prevented real shower from being present and also during temperature fluctuations.

nice house, very clean and tidy, everything complete. friendly owner. good beds, upstairs it gets very hot when the sun is on, there is no air conditioning. Within walking distance from the center of Han-sur-Lesse, a small supermarket a 2-minute walk away. Nice big garden to play for the children, with enough shade if necessary.
