The apartment was really great!! Nothing was missing. According to the description there was no TV, but to our surprise there was. We also had a nice garden at our disposal. The hostess and host were super friendly. We had a wonderful holiday.

We were very kindly received by the landlord. Mw gave us a tour of the house. The house is very nicely decorated, everything is very complete and the house is very clean. You can go for a nice walk in the area, and you can make beautiful trips by car. Cochem and Monschau can be reached within a 1-hour drive. In the village of Niederehe you can enjoy great food at a good price at Gasthof Schröder. The property is accessible via an indoor staircase and therefore less suitable for people with mobility problems.

Holiday home was really great, it felt like home. Everything neatly arranged, from bed linen, bath towels to even the sugar and spices in the kitchen cupboard was present. The area itself is very quiet, too bad that there was no supermarket / shop in the village for just a message. But the whole homely feeling makes up for everything.

Good reception and tour by the landlord's daughter. The accommodation is very complete, clean and tastefully decorated. The garden was beautiful and because we were there in June, there was plenty of sun. Nature is beautiful. Very suitable for walking and cycling. There is little hospitality in the surrounding villages. Enough in Hillesheim. The Italian delivery service, Le Tomato. in Niederhehe is a must. We have spent a very nice week, too short to see and do everything.

A very nice apartment located under the owners' house. The apartment is located in a very quiet street in a village where not much to experience. Too bad we find that the garden was in fact shady throughout the day. In addition, the Wi-Fi is not working badly in the home.

We were kindly received by the homeowner but arrived in a very cold house. It took a long time for the apartment to warm up comfortably. We think that is a point of attention to switch on the heating in advance! The apartment was fine, clean and cozy, with a nice kitchen, where everything was what you needed and good sanitary. The beds were a bit on the hard side for us, which was a shame! The area is beautiful, the Eifel Volcano has a lot to offer. We have visited a few Maaren, small and large. At the Schalkenmehrenermaar you could go for a nice walk and on the terrace of Restaurant am Maar you could have lunch on a terrace overlooking the lake. Hillesheim is a beautiful town and there is a great ReWe supermarket. The center has been beautifully restored. Near the Volcano route towards Gerolstein we have viewed a small Maar, the Eichholzermaar. In that area it is also advisable to visit the Volcano Park near Steffeln and to walk there. It is very beautiful there. You can also enjoy delicious food at the Volcano Hotel in that place. Daun is very suitable for shopping and there is a very good Konditorei, namely Schuler. They have delicious cakes and great chocolate, but you can also have a great lunch there. Their kitchen is very pure, they do not use E-substances. Daun also has a very good Italian restaurant / pizzeria, near the Parkdeck Zentrum. The volcano museum is recommended in that place. In Niederehe we ate dinner twice at Gasthof Schröder, very good! In general it was true that you could have a good lunch everywhere for not too much money and that, moreover, the quality was good, no tourist food. was friendly and was ready for your questions.When they went to the Moselle for four days, they looked after their kitten for 4 days and gave him food.Thank you, we received 4 jars of delicious jam and later 2 pieces of cake. we thought there was no sun in the garden

Perfect base for the start of many walks in the area. House was tidy and equipped with the necessary comfort. Although the house is equipped for four people there is a small kitchen table with only 3 chairs. We had to show a little improvisation with the food.

We had a very good time in the apartment "Sesterheim" Everything we needed was provided. Much more than in the description. We had himself brought us a baby chair. That also turned out to be all there. Cottage was wonderfully clean. Owners are very welcoming. We were really spoiled during Easter! For our daughter (2yrs) there were toys and books provided. Environment is very beautiful. If you want to delve a little into the volcanic landscape there is a lot to see. Tips Geysir Andernach, Burg Eltz, Laacher See (You need to delve into you here, but there are "Mofetten" These are places where natural carbon dioxide bubbling up in the lake) Close the Dreimühlen Wasserfall. Also definitely worth it! There is a playground near the property. We have with us geocaching heart can get here. To be repeated!
