The stay was completely in order, after contact with the owner we were allowed to stay until the evening instead of checking out in the morning. Everything was clean, well equipped, very nice house to stay with a large group stay!

Arriving earlier than anticipated was no problem, people were very flexible. The accommodation is perfect for large groups. Very cozy too, with all necessary amenities. Proximity to a supermarket was ideal. The area was also ideal for walking, etc. Afterwards there was still quite a bit of consumption charged, but we could already read that in the reviews. They were also warned at the reception. This property is definitely recommended, we have a lot of fun with a large group, both adults and children.

Beautiful, large and well-kept house. Handy is the Delhaize across the street. Shame about the slightly busier road next to the house, but otherwise beautifully situated. A toilet on the ground floor would have been handy. The only real shame was the energy bill, which we thought was too high for what we used.

Nous avons passés une excellente semaines dans cette maison. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants et flexible au possible. Lieu agreable pour des retrouvailles en familles entourées d enfants. Le billard etait vraiment un plus lors des soirées.

Pillows are too hard. Bunk beds crack very muchFloor on the first floor creaks ENORM! There are simply wooden plates that crack like crazy.There was the description that bed linen costs 10 euros and can be rented on arrivalOn arrival they say that I have not indicated. There was nowhere that I had to give this in advance. It was very strange to react and possibly they did not stock. The keyholder does not speak a word other than French. Very annoying. The house is built with low costs. Cheap stuff used. There is a closet where our motorcycle jackets hung in one another. House was otherwise clean!

A fine, spacious, comfortable house. All very neat. Furniture in excellent staat.Een flaw has a cozy sitting area on the first floor. The one where the entire group can sit together. However, which is located above the bedroom of the host. Which therefore asked to sit down from 23.00 in the kitchen so they would not suffer from the noise. The kitchen is of course a lot less cozy seating.

With a group of fellow 's weekend we went up to the house. This is a very mixed group, families with baby' s and equally families (nearly) teenagers. In room division was once the biggest drawback of this house up ALL rooms surround the relaxation areas, we have attempted to explain the families with small children on one side of the house, but this was unsuccessful. So the evening activities we then just let go in the kitchen on the ground floor. Not a problem, this is a lovely large room with plenty of tables and chairs and also quite nice. But sin of the beautiful salon on the first floor that we have not used now. The kitchen was an enormous amount of material present, bowls, pots, even bbq tongs, knives, ... The pans have to be replaced, we only have two pans were found still had a little stable ground. Nice garden. The grass was with us still not be reason, but this will have to do with the season. Delhaize across the street was also very handy and you have absolutely no interference from inside the house.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful and spacious home. Enough place for our group of 31 people. Lots of seating areas we have not even utilized. Spacious kitchen, with plenty of amenities. Children have also played a lot in the garden. And from the house you could enjoy walking and fietsen.Paar things though were disappointing. On arrival pale one (of two) dishwashers not to do it. Payment was repaired the next day. After that exactly this is the first time gedaan.Trapleuning was loose. This we do but removed before a child would go down vallen.We also missed a vacuum cleaner. Or at least a decent broom. With 31 people the kitchen was quite a mess. And then sweeping as "a big room a decent job. House is also noisy. Bedrooms are located directly on the living room, so not really sleep in zat.Maar the biggest disappointment however was the deposit. This we did not get back. Rather We had to pay extra even. That fact is largely dedicated to tax, cleaning, gas, water and electricity. Always very annoying hidden fees! Stop it in the rent!

The "place is perfect for large groups with very large common areas and many lounges. The kitchen is very well equipped with double fridge, double dishwasher. Numerous sufficiently spacious bedrooms. For groups with young children opportunity to sleep with small quiet without disturbing the rest of the group. Several games and equipment for children.

We're good to had our way, pity of resident neighbors due with music and privacy, lack of toilets on the ground floor is a huge loss when there is more than enough space for space for the sauna and shower! ! Especially for groups with children to the toilet would be very annoying.

The layout was very practical for our group of seven families with children. The children could enjoy themselves upstairs while the adults were active on the ground floor. The living space upstairs is quite spacious, sauna, behind the entrance is small but nicely decorated and cozy. Would be available by next season WIFI. Some drawbacks a creaking floor to the 1st floor on the ground floor. And no toilet

The holiday was ok but scored just slightly below expectations. Interior is a refurbishment. The property is well located for walking or to visit eg. Durbuy, Huy, etc .. a visit in the immediate vicinity of a Proxy Delhaize. Again a lovely holiday behind. Of the weather we had certainly not complaining. For the 8th time we go into the autumn with a party of 6 families on holiday in the Ardennes. This year was a successful holiday. The house certainly had the necessary facilities large hall (useful with many children, but a toilet would be handy), large kitchen (well equipped, but the cooking fires are however very slow), 2 large seats (only sorry that the rooms around it are because if there are children to sleep is not used), the space, the bedrooms were large enough in itself, but not all mattresses of good quality. The bathrooms were not we meet small and not always tidy (no toilet roll holders with toilets, no clothes hooks in shower rooms). A sauna for 2 for a house of this size we were small. The owner was very nice. The environment was good for walking. Delhaize and across the street is really a luxury.
