The apartment, located on the ground floor of a villa, is spread over two levels and opens onto the large living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV, dining table and an open kitchen equipped with all cooking utensils, including oven, kettle, juicer and toaster. From here guests can access the garden, which is equipped with a dining corner and offers a wonderful view of the lake. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is a tavern with a second living room with sofas and TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a toilet.

Guests have at their disposal amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and heating for colder days.
