The apartment was adorable and spotless, Its location is the ultimate highlight, It was a short walk away from the metro, grocery store, farmerÃ¢Â€Â™s market, eateries, boutiques, cafes, everything you could need! The host was extremely attentive, friendly, and assisting, I will definitely choose to stay here again for my upcoming trip to Paris,

Nestled in a vibrant part of Paris, this apartment boasts an excellent location, It's within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the surrounding area is secure, The apartment might be a tad small for a group of 4 adults, but perfect for a family, Storage space is limited, and there isn't much room to hang clothes, but there's ample room to spread your bags in the living area, It's larger than the average Parisian hotel room, The bathroom is quite compact and we had a little trouble with the door, The lack of a window could be a problem on hot nights as there's no fan, causing the apartment to heat up, Natural light filters into the bathroom and bedroom via skylights, but the living room can seem a bit dim, Despite these minor hiccups, the place was comfortable and its location is a major plus,

The host is helpful and attentive, the apartment is clean and recently renovated, the only downside for me was the windows on the ceiling that could not be opened and could not be ventilated, there are no other windows, the problem of the visible window of the building in the bathroom must be solved, For the rest, all positive aspects, area, courtesy, clean linen, If you come by car/rented, be careful in Paris, the parking lots are all paid and for non-residents the rates are exorbitant, about 50/55 euros per day, I recommend both the host, attentive to details and helpful, and the welcoming apartment with services, Regarding the services, the washing machine and dishwasher are not there, I do not remember which of the two is indicated among the services, They left us coffee and tea for the first few days, Overall positive experience!

Don't rent this place! Have a look closely at the pictures. There are no windows in this place. Even though they advertise a dishwasher, microwave and 4 ring stove, they don't exist. The carpet is so filthy I wouldn't let a dog sleep on it. The sofa bed is not a sofa bed. The chair bottom fell right through when we first sat on it (no injuries). There is no towel rack or anywhere to hang anything. We had rented for 4 nights but left after the first one after no one answered our emails or phone call for complaint. Belvilla, the rental company initially tried to brush off our complaint but we persisted and eventually they did an "investigation" and said "Both the microwave and dishwasher are part of the property equipment, and the sofa bed is confirmed to be in working condition" and refused to provide any compensation. I can assure you, those things are not in this apartment. There are many nice places in Paris to rent. This isn't one of them.
