A small minus to start with, but the only thing, the owner had put the heating on frost protection and on arrival with outside temperature -4 it took a few hours for the house to warm up, this was discussed with the owner and he took it into account For the rest, very nice quiet house with ample parking space, sufficient sleeping accommodation both on the ground floor and the first floor (ground floor only accessible via the stairs), all rooms have bath or shower, plenty of light switches, many windows with beautiful view over the meadows at the rear. The owner can always be reached by phone. It's a pity that a weekend ends so quickly

It was a nice, spacious house with a nice living room. There is enough space for a larger group. There is a small seating area outside, which is not really cozy, but there was enough room for us inside :). We had a nice stay and would definitely book again.

We had such a great time here! The kids loved the play equipment outside and we enjoyed barbecuing in the evenings, The house was clean and very well decorated, Felt like home away from home, Definitely would come back!

The house itself, fantastic good layout, nicely heated and lots of privacy.
However, the entrance (stairs) and the garden need urgent maintenance, and repair of the outdoor lighting, stairs, terrace and parking did not work.

great stay for young people, one of the few places where you can stay under 24 years old; so if you are looking for the perfect cottage as a family this is not for you but if you are looking for a cottage with friends and the location matters a little less this is perfect! no bedbugs to be found (since other reviews mentioned that) every light works (some light switches are well hidden like the electrical box) beautiful view and quiet neighborhood. top

The arrival was a bit disappointing. The owner was not present in such a way that we contacted by telephone and then they said the key was on the door. On arrival it gave us a deteriorated impression. Car wreck at the entrance. A huge fuel oil stain and odor. Also a dangerous access staircase. One of the previous tenants had hidden the still dirty plates between the clean plates. P.S. on departure we found that the owner is very friendly.

Bad luck that the house had not been cleaned, but the owner has helped us in the end. Belvilla SOS, on the other hand, were not so supportive. In the end it has, after all, come pretty well. We made the best v and the owners were very sweet!

Chairs broken, cupboards barely open,
Drawers are taped with tape, some cabinets don't even have doors.
2 doors no longer even have a handle to open the door.
The garden and terrace are untidy, tall grass + overflowing rubbish bins.
There was even a mouse running around the house. Terrace full of weeds + old garbage bags

Not recommended because of bed bugs and a lot of overdue maintenance in and around the house!!!! The house is spacious and it is nice that there are 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets. Everything you need is there. Beds made are also nice. But the house shows neglected and is not clean. Many things are out of order, switches that don't work, toilet doors that don't have a lock, an electrical outlet that hangs half out of the wall, a shower head that only works half way, some lamps do not work, a large window that has become dull, garden furniture that are half broken, etc, etc. Too bad about this nice house that it is not well maintained and that there are so many defects. In the evening/night there is a lot of noisy traffic passing by, a pity! And there are bed bugs in the house! A real drama! Early departure was necessary, you don't wish that on anyone.

This stay did not meet our expectations at all. We were not received by the owner (who just lives next door, but was very difficult to reach because the bell does not work). The key was on the door and draw your plan. The area around the house was very untidy, there was garbage everywhere, fallen flower boxes, sagging bbq, weeds everywhere, peeling paint around the door... We arrived around 4 pm and had unloaded everything when we realized that the heating was not working. After another attempt to contact the owner, it arrived, but he claimed that the heating could not be working because the pipes under the house were hot. After much insistence, he came to have a look and it turned out that the heating in the house was not working. (!) We then loaded all our suitcases back and were ready to drive back home. The owner somehow got the heating going again, and because it was dark and our children were tired, we unloaded everything again and decided to stay at least that one night. After half an hour, the central heating was still cold and it cooled down considerably. The owner realized that the problem had not been solved and then came up with a kerosene fire to have a little warmth. In all that time I have tried several times to reach Belvilla, which failed! Perhaps also because it was November 1, but still. If I had been able to reach them, we might have been able to obtain that we could cancel our stay and ask for compensation. The next day the owner had a driver come, who was able to solve the problem. Fortunately, when we got home that evening, the central heating was working again. Besides the problems with the heating, the beds in the house are very bad. The mattress of the bed downstairs is rock hard, the bed upstairs creaks with every movement. The house was also full of cobwebs and the kitchen equipment was anything but hygienic. According to us, this was
