The arrival was very pleasant. We were not dependent on a fixed time. The owners were very warm and took the time to explain everything. It looked very clean and tidy. The beds were good and there was a lot of space. The area is magnificent and invites you to take a stroll. Very successful weekend.

One small minus ...... we prefer everything in 1x to pay then that there is afterwards a report of so much for electricity, so much for water, ..... That can be calculated in a total amount so you only have to pay a deposit on arrival?

It is now my 3rd time that I was allowed to stay in this house for a weekend ... after springtime and an autumn period, this time it was winter and this time the house and the welcome of the owners did not disappoint. Friendly, warm reception. The house is still well cared for, already warm on arrival and wood available to light the fireplace. This time there is even a WiFi connection.

We enjoyed as a grandparents with son, daughter and two grandchildren a cozy holiday week and were happy about the private, secluded garden area and the silence in the night. The key handover (pre-enamel by the Schlosshern) worked fine. Good to know that you have to go to Roumont and not to Bertogne (so addressed Belvilla). The house was clean, the bathrooms are in good condition and hygienic. Those who do not like tourist attractions, who are completely on their own and enjoy themselves, biking, hiking or just relaxing in the garden and like the charm of old houses, choose here well.

Very nice and spacious annex of the adjacent castle in a small and quiet village. "At night it is quiet. Daytime driving a single tractor over. We were warmly welcomed by the owners. They gave us first extensive tour of the house that has spacious bedrooms and a cozy living / dining room. Nearby is plenty to do and all at an acceptable distance. We have a wonderful week behind.

The 1st time in the fall, this time in the heart of summer.The house is very nicely located, quiet on the outskirts of the village and has enormous charm (a kind of caretaker residence belonging to a beautiful castle with beautiful garden) The decor is outstanding 9 people. It was lovely to sit in the garden, in the shade of the beautiful old trees.The inn is an excellent starting place for beautiful wandelingen.De host is always available for assistance and useful information.

Very hospitable reception friendly people. The house has a typical Ardennes style. The living space is spacious, but the kitchen is a bit on the small side. Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms and 2 small, 2 modern bathrooms. The house is immaculate. You can sit outside and enjoy the silence. The house is ideal as a starting point for various walks and excursions.

Top location and very nice house. Beds good, so were the bathrooms. We still believe that for the rental price, some basics as coffee, tea, sugar etc could be there.. and who knows maybe even bedsheets and some towels. Great hiking environment too.

De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en het huis is voorzien van prima faciliteiten. Groene en rustige omgeving. De locatie is ideaal om leuke dorpen en steden te bezoeken als Dinant, La-Roche-en-Ardenne, Houffalize en Bastogne. In de regio zijn veel brocantemarkten. Prima verblijf!

A wonderfully spacious house. Spacious enough for 4 adults and 5 kids and comfortably furnished. Very quiet location and beautiful walks on the grounds of the castle and the forests around Roumont. All nice places within 30 minutes. Worth repeating.

We were received very kindly by the owners. We were given an extensive tour of the house. Everything looked very clean and nice. The house was more than enough crockery and cutlery and the bedrooms are very spacious. The house is in a very quiet area, you can hear the birds chirping, hardly any traffic coming over. Really to unwind. Beside the house is a large garden, the children can play there very much. And we had great weather, so much enjoyed the view into the garden. We like to come here back again.

Beautiful place near the forest, perfect for lovers of peace and nature. The house is located in a small cute village. The house is very spacious, with many extra spaces, such as a utility room, very large hall and study area, etc. A tip is to give the house a new paint job and replace worn furniture. It does look a bit tired. The beds are good, new mattresses and duvets it looks like.
