It was a nightmare at either check in and check out times. When arrival a new place, have serious queries but no one there to get help.
@ Check in. As we arrived late at 7:30pm. No light at entrance, it was too dark. Follow entrance guide we were instructed in step 4 â€œturn a set security number in the BOX 4 (note: it clearly state number 4, and also marked the number 4 in the bracket (4). As the box wá»©a too high to reach, the turning key numbers was small, not smoothly when turning (thought too old or dust built). Because there was no light, hard to read the correct number. A half hour frustrated, phoned help number, received an answer machine messages. Used light iPhone to check entrance guide again, in the step 3 there was a small number 7 at the end, but no stating box 7. Our room at level 2, with the narrow stairways with many turns. Couple like us with 1 month touring around Europe, with heavy luggage it was a burden to reach to our room.
@ Check out. Booked Uber pick up at 7:45am. Got up at 6am, while preparing to have bath, pack up luggage. Suddenly all power turn off, all in dark. Open the entrance door find out what happened? There was only a light door, outside the room was on. Again call help line, received an answer machine (guess it was international call). Brought 4 luggage suitcases down narrow stairways with many turning points in the dark it was a nightmare that had never been faced in life.
Other minor issue there was a hot plate for cooking but it does not work, no instruction how to use it, only a flashing light said a short words â€œErrorâ€. We donâ€™t cook during stay therefore no bother that issue.
In conclusion. This kind of accomodation is only suitable for young people, with a short stay, light luggageâ€™s. Definitely not suitable for travellers who intend for a longer trip.
No manager on site also is a big issue when guess arrival at a new place, certainly there was many queries needed help. I honestly donâ€™t recommend this place to anyone.
If anyone would like to have an experience life how struggling, be locked up in jail then try it. With me it is a nightmare and of course do not want it happens again
