This apartment was amazing, It had just been renovated and still had that new smell, The furniture and the decor were beautifully selected, The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Gare de Lyon, on a charming street with all the conveniences like lovely cafes, restaurants, and more just a stone's throw away, For a delicious breakfast, we suggest Clint, only a 5-minute walk, All in all, a wonderful place!

We had a lovely little apartment within walking distance of the Bastille metro and Gare d'Austerlitz. There are lots of cafes in the area. The beds are extremely comfortable. The only downside is having to climb up to the 4th floor via the narrow spiral staircase with luggage. Once you have all your suitcases up there, you wonder how you are going to get them back down again. Children cannot carry their luggage up there. We would probably come again, but the apartment is quite small for four people, as a little hideaway for 2 it is perfect.

First, let's talk about the positives of the location: 1, The apartment was clean and nicely furnished, 2, Being on the top floor with skylights and cool controls was a nice touch, 3, The proximity to the main train station in Paris is excellent, Now, onto the challenges: 1, Due to the delay in laundry/trash service, the apartment wasn't ready until after 5pm, Hopefully, this was just a one-time issue, 2, Although it was mentioned in the description, the stairs can be tough to navigate, This place is most suitable for those traveling light and willing to climb up to the 4th floor,
