Nice reception by the landlady with coffee and cake the house - a beautiful farmhouse- was well and comfortably equipped, everything was very clean. For a large group there was a very nice dining room with adjoining living room, the kitchen was very well equipped. With the dog you could walk well, even if there was no way near the house, which was not used by cars. The checkout was also very easy, even if it was very early (before 10.00). It would be less stressful to be able to check out by 12.00. The weeping girl was very nice and helpful, the customer service at Belvilla as well. Although the customer service in Holland, the staff have very good German skills-even if I was with about three different surnames and once with Mr. addressed in the emails-) This information can actually be found in the booking. But only marginally ...

We were warmly welcomed by the owner, she had made coffee with a delicious cake. We got a tour of the house, it looked beautiful. We had a lovely walk with the dogs in the area, in short, we had a great week in this very comfortable cozy farm.

We were very friendly welcome by the lady of the house. Pleasantly surprised we were when we welcomed the fragrant coffee and cake were. The accommodation was fine and the area where each was excited about. We could enjoy the beautiful autumn days as the weather was good to us.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. We have received a lot of explanation. At the arrival the coffee was to simmer and a plate with cakes was ready. The house was very spacious and comfortable, sad that the kitchen was rather dark and reasonably fresh, but everything else was fine. A minus was the steep stairs to the first floor.The house was very central and quiet and there was a very large garden. Worth repeating.

We had a nice stay, the house was big enough for our group of 10 people. THERE were two extra beds, but for us the rooms were fine for 10 people.
Everything was available including cooking utensils, etc. and the beds were of good quality.
We had a great time, and it was also very nice that our dogs could come along.

We had a very nice family holiday in Eede. The house is clean with good facilities. Since the weather was good, we were able to make good use of the spacious property. Annie gave us a nice and friendly welcome with cake and coffee. The lack of bed linen and sun protection was immediately addressed. The great-grandmother would have been grateful for a lounger, which unfortunately did not exist. We were completely satisfied with the house, only the distance to the sea and shops were annoying in retrospect, since we had a lot to do with was driving the car.

We had a very loving and friendly welcome in a house with coffee and cake, which was super.Die landlady is a very sweet and nice woman, and we were very pleased with the house and it will be back to book. Only about 1.3 km from the house is a children's park, which was so great our wanted every day to go.

A nice big house for twelve people. Clean. Good beds. In good weather sit outside. Plenty of opportunities for excursions in the area. For sporty guests take the bike and cycling through the beautiful surroundings. Sluis and Bruges are worth a visit.
