It is a clean, nice apartment with a lot of shade from trees and flowers, It has two balconies, one that is completely private with a nice view, The kitchen is cute, and completely equipped with a nautical style, The shower room and the toilet are separated which is super useful, The hosts are nice and helpful, There is a parking spot on the street and it takes you 15 minutes by foot to reach the old town,

Enjoyed this apartment immensely and would definitely recommend it! Nice air conditioning in the bedroom, a separate kitchen and a large roof terrace with shade in the afternoon! Also a beach within 5 minutes walking distance, you have to walk steeply downhill to get there,

In one word WONDERFUL! It was difficult to find, You had to open a gate on the street, behind it there was a staircase of 40 steps down and there it was, Great,\r\n It was very nice that we could park the car next to the gate for free,\r\nOn arrival the nice lady gave us the key and showed us everything and gave good tips,\r\nIt turned out to be a lovely apartment and everything was there and so lovingly\r\ncared for, The creative host had decorated the garden so beautifully with pebble mosaic,\r\nIt looked like a Balinese terrace in front of the door, And at the back there was also a lovely terrace where we could sit until late at night, Lovely beds,

Highly recommended apartment for those who want a peaceful stay with good location,Nice apartment in the same house where the hosts live, Good location, 15 minutes walk to the old town, 2 restaurants as neighbours to the location, 200 m to Bellevue beach, We walked very much but if you prefer local transport, the bus goes quite in front of the apartment to the old town or the other way to for example Sunset beach, The elderly couple that owns the apartment were very nice and helpful, Studenac drug store is located just across the street and there',s a bakery about 100 m down the street towards the old town,

We had the best stay in Dubrovnic at Zdenka and Josip's flat,
The place is clean, comfortable and very well equipped, Even with the scorching heat outside, it was always cool and nice inside, and there is a lovely terrace with a great view,
The flat is super well located, There is a restaurant next door (we haven't eaten there, so can't comment on the food) and there is a bakery and other shops nearby, A bigger supermarket is within walking distance,
The walk to Dubrovnik's old town takes 10-15 min down the hill, and to go back there is a bus to take you up the hill, which stops very close,
Josip and Zdenka are absolutely lovely and the perfect hosts, They are both very friendly and provided us with lots of useful unformation about what to visit, publich transport, etc,
They were very flexible with our checking in and stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out,
Josip provides a taxi service from the airport for a reasonable price, and very kindly drove us to the harbour for free when we were leaving,
He also surprised us with a bowl of delicious homegrown apricots!
We would certainly recommend their place and would stay there again,

This is a perfect holiday flat for two people, Located approx 20 minutes walk from the busy old city, and approximately 5 minutes walk from a very tranquil and sheltered bay - and beach, The flat is clean, the kitchen with all sorts of equipment, separate shower and toilet, nice sleeping room with large windows out towards your own sheltered balcony/terrace, The couple who owns the flat is a very very kind and helpful multilingual couple, They don't know what good to do to you, We felt really welcome, and they were helpful with all sorts of things - guiding, advice regarding the surroundings and even transport to/from the airport, A kind and very very nice couple, The the flat has a separate entrance at the side of the house, surrounded by palm trees and lovely flowers, Really a perfect choice for those who like to live centrally though not right in the center, and who enjoy a peaceful life away from the busiest part of the town,

Relaxing holiday in Dubrovnik. Location is great, the beach is only a few minutes away, you can walk to the old town. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and free parking. The parking lot is small, but it is enough for a Jaris or Smart, our whole trunk was on the street. The host is very friendly, there was a free dog bed, the apartment is very quiet, the supermarket is opposite the house, restaurants and bakery are a few meters away. All in all we were very satisfied.

This lovely one bedroom apartment located just 2 kilometers away from the Old Town Dubrovnik is a perfect place to spend your vacation.
