We were very well taken care of upon arrival. The owner has driven us the last kilometers. The villa was amazing !! Nicely maintained and everything you need on holiday is available. Great pool and plenty of loungers. It is a beautiful area. The only drawback is the remote location. The unpaved road went pretty smoothly, but we have been away less than expected. It is always a half hour drive.

The arrival is arranged so that you meet the manager at an agreed place. The manager then mentions a place in Flemish and then you have to understand where that is. That is difficult for someone who is unknown in Vélez Malaga. In the end we found each other. In my opinion, the road to the house can only be done with a 4x4 and takes quite some time. There are very steep slopes with gravel on the route, so a two-wheel drive car is not recommended. The road is so dangerous that when you get off the road you fall into a canyon, there are no crash barriers or gates. But then once you get there you arrive at a nice clean house with a spacious garden and a beautiful view! At the house two wings separated by the kitchen and living room where there is a bathroom and some bedrooms. Almost all bedrooms with air conditioning, great pool, dishwasher, washing machine, bbq, garden furniture, everything at hand. And because everything is arranged so well, it is striking that all the towels have been collected together. I would book here again, not my wife, she finds the way to the house too dangerous. In the area there are few good restaurants, which fell very against the nearby beach is easily accessible and also great for children. Walking or cycling near the house is not an option.

The welcome was well arranged, and the house was absolutely beautiful, fully furnished and with a beautiful view. We enjoyed this place, the wonderful terrace and the swimming pool. Even with a wheelchair it is good to stay in this house, only the door to the terrace is difficult and there is no shower chair and handrails near the toilet. Driving the mountain road to the house is sensational!

I think everything has been said about the road there. You get used to it after a few days. The house is dated in terms of decor, but everything is spotlessly clean. Swimming pool is lovely, big, beautiful. The sun loungers can be replaced, I found them a bit grubby. The BBQ has a heavy stone bench, make sure the railing does not fall forward! This happened to my husband, finger and nail completely crushed, we seriously considered taking it to the emergency room. The stray kittens ... Well ... They sometimes try to get in, sleep on your towels if you leave them outside, I wasn't too keen on it. In retrospect, we found the house far too remote. We prefer to regularly go to the beach / lunch / visit the village, you really do not go out every day for fun. If you are not planning to do that, then the house is certainly recommended. Enough space and a really beautiful view.

Beautiful house, beautiful surroundings! It's handy to know that you have to bump over a dirt road for about 15 minutes before you're at the house. This ride is only 1 x a day!

A wonderful week doing absolutely nothing except swimming, book reading, bbq, relax, drink wine etc. Fantastic week in a fantastic house. The road to it is an adventure in itself ... That row will indeed no more than 1x a day.

Very nice house with a beautiful garden. The pool was very clean. The road to the house was-as announced-bit difficult. & QuotMal just "in the city is not possible. But because it is located in an absolutely quiet location. The only thing I missed was a little grassy area for games for the kids. The facilities left nothing to be desired!

We had a wonderful holiday. The house is beautiful, the location also. It is spacious and equipped with all comforts. We have also received fantastic (arrived in the middle of the night) by administrators. However, we still had problems with the hot water. After 2 minutes or rather the hot water was cold. The gorgeous looking bathroom is a disappointment if you do not normally use can make here. . That is not expected and gave it ergernis.Een quick shower was the highest. Further fine. And the bad road to go we were prepared.

The stay in Las Casillas 1 fully met our expectations. My first impression a good and nice house a swimming pool that is well maintained quiet far-reaching views of the sea :-) message to families j "have 5 children 11, 9, 3, 2 and 1 year old baby 5 months for great just great for others too because there are small steps down into the pool but once we finished swimming we parents must have the "eye for small n constaments because" there are no barriers around for the pool ..... I do not regret "having spent one week in this house it m" brings calm in spite of everything I ps board "go to vélez-malaga beach clean super friendly and welcoming people ;-)

This home is simply stunning. Half in the mountains with a fantastic view over Torre del Mar and the sea. It's really more beautiful than the pictures "s. It has two terraces, the pool and the house where you can relax with a glass of wine and / or beer. The house was very clean and well laid out with two wings . thus you have enough privacy as a group. The contact with the manager was very good. We really had the feeling that he us with advice and assistance could stand when needed and that's nice. On the road in the previous guestbooks enough said . Let's just say we had a certain expectation that basis and that this expectation is exceeded. If possible hire a Land Rover or similar.

We have with our children and grandchild (total 7 people) thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Las Casillas 1. The house is beautiful and the layout perfect for 2 families to inhabit. The location is phenomenal, the perfect pool, the terraces, the outdoor furniture, the kitchen, everything is correct. The road there is indeed exciting, but manageable. Do not take too low a car, it will be difficult but with a normal car is fine.

The house is enough for 8 people, has enough space, nice bathroom, a pleasing, a great view and a beautiful pool. Restrictions are the journey, a car should have geuegend ground clearance, it is 4.2 km off-road route can be mastered with crossing a river bed, the fueht at least in winter water (approx. 15 - 20 cm high) and slopes of 20 degrees or more, the be very slippery when it rains. In addition, the route is unlit, so it takes about 30 minutes in the dark before you reach the house again (the time is only for the offroad route calculated). The heater in the house is sufficient in the bathrooms, however inadequate - it does not get warm. In the summer I would recommend the hotel but the location is, as I said, very nice and for people who want to lie by the pool and likes to be left alone it's great. For people who want to make countless trips by car the journey is to the house but to laboriously, one does not come away very quickly.

nice house, great location with stunning views to the plains. Good service on site. But 10 km steep road on gravel track with tlw very steep inclines. Rent it. A not too small car for this adventurous slopes In addition, some have been badly stung by us from mosquitoes. we examine whether it is sand flies.

Superb house with very good facilities and a nice pool. The house was super clean. The manager and his wife are very nice and correct people who want to make everyone happy. A must! The last 4 km are indeed exciting the first time but after that it just enjoy!

Tip from the houseowner
ATTENTION: the last 4 km on the way to the house, you will drive over a sandy road with a few steeper passages. This road is easy to drive, but you should be careful, especially at night. Therefore the road is suitable for persons with enough driving experience. Stay in first gear and you will have no problems.
