A beautifully refurbished location right at the heart of everything, However, sleep was unattainable due to the noise from the street, We suspect this was primarily because of our weekend stay, The area is filled with entertainment spots and the crowds can get quite loud during the night, But then again, silence is a luxury not often afforded in the centre of Cannes,
