Activities nearby: Excursion tips: From mid-June to mid-July, sand sculptures are erected on the beach section "Spiaggia di Piazza Brescia" with a specific theme. Artfully designed figures are waiting to be admired. In mid-August, a big summer festival with breathtaking fireworks takes place every year in Lido di Jesolo. At the grape festival in September, colorfully decorated floats drive through the streets and celebrate the grape harvest. This parade is one of the highlights: grapes are distributed and wine is given out for tasting. Families can visit the “Caribe Bay” aqua park (7 km), one of the largest water paradises in Europe. Fish lovers will find numerous good fish restaurants in the Cortelazzo fishing district
