The apartment is located on the ground floor and opens onto the bright living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, including an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and an American coffee machine. Through a French door you can access the private veranda with a wonderful view of the lake and the garden, equipped with a dining table and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. A ceiling fan and an awning keep the room cool on the hottest days. The master bedroom, furnished with a double bed, has a spiral staircase that leads to the basement where there is a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with shower.
