Best view ever! Awesome hosts!From the moment I arrived I felt welcome and blessed, This old home has one of the best views of Dubrovnik from the bedroom, is tucked away up quiet, beautiful streets, and the owners are extremely kind and very helpful, They offered recommendations and some insider tips on local sites, The room is lovely, has all the amenities I need, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (very important given the warm climate), There',s a fridge, plates, cutlery, wine glasses, coffee mugs, kettle, as well as tea and coffee, The room also has a pile of guidebooks for Dubrovnik, As a medic, I really appreciated the first aid kit in the room as well,\r\n\r\nThe best thing about the room? The view! I bought food from the local shop and ate my breakfast while gazing over the city, You can',t beat that,\r\n\r\nTip: there are lots of stairs to get to the hotel if you approach from the heart of the old town, To avoid that, enter through the Buza Gate, it',s a lot easier, Or if you',re like me and pack light, it',s a fun experience hiking through the narrow streets to find the hotel, I enjoyed it,\r\n\r\nOverall, this was an outstanding stay and was one of the highlights of my time in Dubrovnik, Thank you!

Loved it,Lovely couple, So helpful and welcoming, The room was on the top floor, panoramic views of the old city, Complete privacy, Such a quiet corner of the old city, Very comfortable bed, Big fridge for keeping own food and drinks, Ten minutes walk to the best beach in Croatia, Close to the shuttle bus stop for the airport, With windows on both sides of the room you can get a lovely cross breeze over the bed, Great restaurant two doors along, the queue is often 30 deep (so arrive early),

Lovely room and great hostsMost of all thank you to the heartily host couple that made me feel very welcome, I wish I could have stayed longer at your beautiful place, The view is amazing, it',s a very silent and pleasant neighborhood :) \r\n\r\nYes, there are a lot of stairs - but a very nice and easy alternative way, Don',t pass the gate but take a left turn and follow the street, You will get to a parking lot and enter the old town from above :) Only a few stairs to get to the apartment, Worthy information to add to the description - I also carried all my luggage up the stairs and was very happy when the host told me about the other way!

I highly recommend this place to all who are planning on visiting Dubrovnik, Make sure to book the room where we stayed because the view is really superb, Birds greeted us every morning and full moon sent us to sleep every night, Imagine sipping a cup of coffee every morning with that great view, I suggest you get their airport transfers service if you are new to the place, They will help you get to your room fast and help you with your luggage, The family who hosted us are also nice and very warm (thumbs up!),

Slobo and his wife were wonderful hosts, their property is perfectly positioned within the old town, We were very lucky to have such a good birds eye view of the old town from our room, Everything was clean and comfortable plus the WIFI worked perfectly, We would highly recommend Rooms Lavander &, Ruzmarin to our family and friends, Ps we booked about 7months in advance!

Excellent location within the town walls, The view is probably the best part, The room itself is clean and the hosts were delightful and very helpful especially with restaurant suggestions, He was also very organized and made sure we made our airport transfer, Bathroom is small, but no problem and good hot water,

I Stayed at Rooms Lavanda and Ruzmarin for several days and loved the whole experience, The hosts were very helpful, friendly and engaging, The location is great, with a view overlooking the Old Town and the bay, You do need to be okay with going up a lot of steps to reach your room, so if you have mobility problems it wouldn't be the best choice,

It was a very pleasant stay in the Rooms Lavanda, The room was very nice with a spectacular view, The price was quite reasonable and the owner is very friendly, When he saw I did not have an umbrella for the rain, he immediately ran to get one for me! I wish I could have stayed longer,

We spent only one night in this beautiful guesthouse - unfortunately, The view from the attica-room over the whole old city, including the city wall and till the sea is just incredible, gorgeous and absolutely worth the many, many steps to climb, But only book it if you are steady on your feet, and better bring a rucksack or a small bag than a suitcase, The guesthouse is maybe at the highest point of Dubrovnik, The host who grew up in this house is very kind and friendly, the room is cosy, cute, stylish, absolutely quiet and well equiped, but quite expensive,
