As expected, the house is well isolated. Just what we hoped for. Called the given number an hour before arrival and when we arrived someone was ready to explain the house, albeit rather limited.

We have absolutely had a fantastic holiday! My friend and I arrived at the villa a bit too early, but that was no problem at all. Sjoerd was already waiting for us. A very nice and friendly man! We immediately got a tour of the villa. There is also no lack of luxury. You have a lovely private pool and you wake up every day! Everything was there! Unfortunately an hour's drive if you really want to look up something. Really a wonderful holiday if you also love the peace and environment. we got "morning already, but the agreement was that we were there around 5 pm" were in the afternoon. Ashley and his wife were still busy cleaning. Very nice people. We were already in the house. The house was beautifully fully equipped with a beautiful garden with pool, lounge chairs etc. The area was also very nice only drive at least an hour if you wanted to visit something.

We had a wonderful holiday week in this comfortable house. We have been very kindly received. It is a very pleasant house to relax, swim, view villages, drive through nature and enjoy the peace. Although the house is located on a small park, it is still very quiet in the garden and the house, because it is on the edge of the park. You can enjoy the starry sky at night.It was very hot at the beginning of our holiday, but in the house it was nice and cool and the pool was lovely and well maintained.

The house corresponded to the photos on the site, wonderfully spacious. The pool shows a defect, the cover plate did not work for the rest, made full use of it. The advertisement contained that there were Dutch channels on the TV, unfortunately that did not work The garden furniture was old fashioned and the furniture cushions were very moldy.The beds in the bedrooms and the showers were toppie.De location of the house was also good, many walking routes and very quiet.

Mooie rustig gelegen woning, prachtige en goed onderhouden tuin (tuinman komt tweewekelijks), mooi zwembad, prima onderhouden (met dank aan Hans die twee keer per week het nodige doet). Minpuntjes: orde en netheid net voldoende (geen aanmerkingen op slaapkamers en badkamers op de begane grond, ook keuken in orde), maar voor de rest oppervlakkig schoon (spinnenwebben, wespen bij aankomst, bbq was duidelijk nitet). Geen volwaardige badkamer op de eerste verdieping (weinig plaats, chemisch toilet). Wij verbleven hier gedurende een maand met 6 personen, maar woning aanprijzen voor 8 personen is te ambitious; we hebben geen problemen met een slaapbank maar breedte 120 cm en een matras van 10 cm is onvoldoende. Prima communicatie met Ab (die ter plaatse voor de woning zorgt), 0 op 10 voor communicatie met Belvilla (telefonisch onbereikbaar, geen antwoord op mails (behalve dan een aanmaning (geen herinnering) voor betaling 1 week voor de vervaldag).

Quiet nice omgeving.Vakantiewoning not centrally located and neglected. Was on sale and is clearly no longer maintained and broken items such as umbrellas are not replaced.Voorwarmingvzwembad was broken on arrival. Not pleasant if you especially opt for this because you are traveling with small children. Fortunately, this was solved after a few days by the contact person on the spot who was very friendly and helpful. Also the satellite connection for TV did not work during our 2 weeks stay so we could not receive Dutch or other channels. Only dvd player worked. Moreover, we were disturbed by a real estate office that came with potential buyers during our stay. Very annoying and violation of our privacy! The garden was untidy and during our stay grass was not mowed. Last day before osn departure, there was no rudimentary man or mowing the grass during the next rental period.

We experienced a nice vacation in this beautiful and spacious house, just the thing for people who love peace and beautiful countryside. Some hiccups the kitchenware was not really clean left behind by the previous occupants, and the heating of the pool was broken. Luckily it was the first few days very hot so the water was naturally a few degrees warmer.
