Very friendly welcome, owners very polite. Luxury box-spring beds, spacious bathrooms. Beautiful, large garden with a view over meadows. Walking to the bakery in the morning, located between Barveaux and Durbuy, both within walking distance. Ourthe at 500 m, let our dog swim there. Everything present and with questions the owners are certainly willing to help. We had a wonderful week and will definitely go back again !!

We found a beautiful cottage in a lovely setting with a courtyard and a large garden. From the inside a high, large, bright, friendly room that connects the kitchen and living room and the stairs to the gallery to 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the first floor there was another bedroom and a large bathroom. We sat together very comfortably in the large kitchen. We were able to ignore the fantastically high summer temperatures in our holiday week in the comfortably tempered house. Only the mattress in the bedroom on the ground floor (1.60mx 2.00m) was too soft for us and could be a new one, because the mattress on the upper floor was more stable and The cottage is in the countryside, Bohon is a small village with pastures, meadows and fields all around. You can hike right from the front door, even as far as Durbuy, a beautiful little town to stroll through. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the holiday property without reservation. We would like to thank Mr. Bertrand for his friendly welcome and the pleasant privacy during the holiday week despite the homely proximity.

Spacious and well-equipped holiday home in a quiet area, yet fairly close to the center of the busy, beautiful and touristy Durbuy. In Barvaux you have ample opportunities for shopping.

We had a brilliant stay at birdsong symphony. The house is lovely, well equipped, comfortable and clean, and we received a wonderful welcome from the owner who could not have been more helpful. Our children (9, 8, and 4), also loved it and had great fun playing in the garden. There is plenty to do with children (or without!) in the surrounding area. We had a really lovely holiday!

The cottage is highly recommended, four beautiful rooms with private bathroom. Very well located, beautiful garden. It was cleaned properly when we arrived. Tip: also have the oven and the cupboards inspected by the cleaning crew because it could be a bit better (crumbs in the oven and two frying pans with burnt remains)

On the morning of departure already notice that the gite was ready. In consultation, we could already arrive earlier. The cottage is spacious and fresh with new furniture. In the kitchenware, sufficient pans, plates, cutlery, cups and glasses, I only missed a slugom and spoonfuls. The area is quiet and lends itself to hiking and sporting cycling. Spa, Bastogne, Huy are all within 45 minutes driving distance. Barvaux is 5 minutes away by car and includes a Carrefour and Delhaize. Durbuy is a beautiful town where you walk in half an hour.

It is amazing how much rest you can experience, while you are still quite close to civilization. Both Durbuy and Barveaux can be reached within minutes by car. Super spacious house with a huge garden (huge!). Very friendly and helpful owner (also neighbor).

What a lovely house in a beautiful spot near a river and the beautiful town of Durbuy. If you are looking for peace, you are in the right place here. The owner Manu is very helpful and thinks along. The house is equipped with all necessities and is very spacious. A beautiful large garden, where you can enjoy the beautiful view in peace. From this place you can make beautiful walks and see beautiful towns. Highly recommended!

Lovely big and luxurious holiday home where it is well kept. The garden is (after closing a few small openings) a paradise for your dog. Centrally located and very close to Durbuy you can walk there but back is the way to style. The bottom line is the cutlery is ok but you can buy some better knives for cutting meat and vegetables. Everywhere a real recommend

This rustic 3-bedroom holiday home is nestled in the serene village of Bohon, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. Perfect for a family of 6, it offers a relaxing stay surrounded by nature.
