A wonderful and well-kept property in a park-like garden with a large pool. Claudia is a very nice host who has lovingly furnished the apartments with everything necessary. The place is perfectly located to discover southern Tuscany, with Arezzo, Siena, Cortona and Montepulciano within 30 minutes. We would love to come back.

The house is beautifully situated and very well looked after! Equipped with all amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, garden furniture and well-closed swimming pool. Claudia is a wonderful hostess, she cooks deliciously and is very helpful. The area is beautiful and has many nice villages nearby.

Excellent holiday apartment, very spacious and with great amenities. There are four apartments in 1 building but there is a lot of privacy, it almost feels like you have your own house. Everything is provided inside and outside tip-top. There is only no TV, but we found no objection. You can sit outside and the view of Lucignano against the hills is beautiful. Also the swimming pool is great when we were there it was still cold but it is big and it is very nice and sheltered with various sun loungers and seats. The proprietor, Claudia, speaks good English and is very friendly and helpful. It is very central, you can easily reach surrounding places like Arezzo and Siena and in the apartment there is also a lot of information about it. Really recommended!

We stayed in the apartment La Pergola. This apartment is fully equipped and you have a secluded private garden at your disposal and your own parking space. We were warmly welcomed by the owner Claudia. She was very helpful when we had questions. The garden is well maintained and the pool is cleaned daily. There is also a pool table and table football for general use. We had a great time and recommend this accommodation. (Grazie Claudia).

We had a wonderful holiday! The cottage is very nicely furnished with an eye for detail and fully equipped. We also had a large garden with lots of privacy and nice loungers (Pergola house). There are many nice villages in the area that are easily accessible by car (30-60 min drive). There are also some nice restaurants nearby. Claudia was ready for us all week. She is very hospitable and nothing is too much for her. In short: a must!

Very nice and welcoming. Apartment is well cared for, clean and thought of everything, t / m First aid suitcase stand. Private garden with barbecue which to our surprise the next morning was cleaned for us. Beautiful zwembad.Zou definitely recommend it to friends. Near Lucignano which has some good restaurants. Restaurante La Maggiolata is recommended for high good quality / price ratio. Restaurant La Rocca certainly very good but expensive restaurant Zenzero next supermarket, do not be put here by the structure / appearance here you eat a delicious menu (taken the red menus) with regard to the different flavors on your plate for a nice price € 32.00 and is really good.

We were the first two weeks of September. The house is superb, large garden for yourself and apartment pool was very nice for us with a little girl. House is equipped with every luxury, owners are very friendly and helpful. Villages / towns around very beautiful to go.

This rural apartment is very suitable for a relaxing family vacation. On a hot summer day, you can cool off in the pool that you share with the other guests.
The house in Lucignano is a good starting point for trips to cities of art and walks in the surrounding nature. For example, you can spend a day in Florence, Siena, or Perugia. You are 1 km from the center with several good restaurants and supermarkets. Places of entertainment can be found 2 km away. At 10 km there is a public swimming pool.
The apartment is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees, a swimming pool, a gazebo, and a barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a dishwasher, and in the living room, there is an atmospheric fireplace. A crib and high chair are available. The private garden is partially fenced and has a barbecue, lightin,g and an electrical outlet. An ideal place to enjoy a meal or a drink together. The barbecue is cleaned every morning.

According to an ancient tradition, this tree brings happiness to people in love and it's a custom that a bride and her groom promise each other eternal fidelity .
