Our family had a fantastic stay at the villa near Cochem, The Koos Konijn theme was a hit with the kids, especially the bunk beds with the slide! The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy for us to settle in, We loved the garden where the kids could play while we enjoyed our morning coffee, Plus, being close to Cochem Castle was a bonus for our sightseeing plans, We can't wait to come back!

House was not properly clean. There was a lot of dust and used tissues under the sofas and beds. Finishing of the house was bad. The park has 2 very small playgrounds and little other entertainment for the kids. Only 10 children were allowed in at the kidz club and the swimming pool was closed.

The house is in a condition that needs to be improved. The outside facade is broken. The wall on the patio door and the door are stained with splashes of wine. There was also a missing smoke detector in the dining and living room area, the ventilation in the upper bathing area is defective, the lighting in the bathroom is defective. Furthermore, the inspection flap was fastened with adhesive tape in a makeshift manner. The doors would all have to be readjusted and in the end a toilet brush was missing. Before the houses are handed over to new tenants, it would be nice for a review to take place. Because, as a vacationer, I am not obliged to check everything for completeness, cleanliness, sources of accidents and intactness. The interior design did not agree with the offer pictures by far. Not even close. The reception staff at Roompot is very friendly and tries to find a solution for everything. For us this object will no longer be an option.

Never book with Belvilla! We thought we were going to work with a reliable agency and were therefore willing to pay a little more than if we had booked a house directly with a landlord. What a disappointment. They promise to call back in the morning when you speak to them and then don't call back, they shut down the phone in the afternoon and are unreachable, they give wrong advice about being able to rebook the trip via the website due to the recent flooding. They say they will help and will call back for that, but they don't call back nor do they have a solution. Our holiday was canceled and fell into the water and they are not giving a refund! We still hope for cooperation, but as it stands we will never book with Belvilla again. Unreliable.
