Ground floor has a bedroom, bright bathroom with shower and washing machine as well as a bright, combined living / dining room with a view of the water. The living room is equipped with wood burning stove, air / air heat pump, smart TV, blu-ray player and radio. The kitchen department is i.a. equipped with convection oven, extractor hood and refrigerator with 30 l freezer. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace of the house. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one of which has access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the area. There is an open terrace with garden furniture and a gas grill. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
