Great location with phenomenal views of the bay. The house is very spacious and the area is ideal for walks along the coast or in nature.

From the arrival with the sun setting over the bay until our departure another great holiday. We had beautiful weather again so we could go outside every day. The house is also a perfect base for for Breton history. Within an hour in Saint Malo, in another half in Mont St. Michel but also Ile de Brehat and closer beautiful views from Cap D'erquy or Cap Fréhel and the special castle Fort La Latte. The house itself is lovely too. Everything is present and wonderful to live in with a family. The fireplace gives it a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. In short, Brittany at its best!

The first impression was good, a nice, spacious house, beautiful sea view. On closer inspection there were some things to do. Downstairs the house was nicely furnished, several seats, the kitchen was reasonably modern and comfortable (although you expect more than 3 coffee cups and two tea makers for a cottage with 7 people so you do not have to wash it off). And what is a French house without a corkscrew? The sanitary was a little outdated. It was nice that there were three wc's in the house, but the plumbing in the basement was not very appealing due to the somewhat dull and dusty cellar environment, unfortunately there was the only real shower. There was a bath in the sleeping room The bathroom with a shower but that could not be attached to the wall, especially the toilet on the ground floor did not work well and was also very dirty, not cleaned (for some time). The rest of the house was in some places Also not clean, eg in the kitchen the doors of the kitchen cabinets were still dirty, the corners and edges of the counter, and also the bathroom was not quite as clean as you would expect for the price you pay for the cleaning. The garden is nice and fun for children to play in. A gardener once mowed the lawn. The garden could also use some great maintenance because the trees were so high that they were part of the beautiful sea view Sign up. Sorry for That's just one of the advantages of the house. What is worth mentioning is that the house is on a busy thoroughfare, so if you sleep light you may be suffering from it. All in all, a nice and atmospheric house, but it deserves a lot of attention on a number of points, and I do not agree with the price you pay for it.

The view from the house was amazing! That would make you almost forget the other defects. The house was not really clean. We had selected the house because there were 2 bathrooms. The bathroom on the 1st floor was nice but also not really clean. The downstairs bathroom was downright filthy. Mold was everywhere. We did not use this one! The house is in a really nice location and has a great garden. But it needs a cleaning crew to get the house perfect.

We have two fantastic weeks in this very complete house, really everything was present. Thanks to the wonderful weather we could frequent the beach, road to cross just walk down, and you're on the beach. You can also wander endlessly, different routes present in the house. Recommended, the costume museum in Moncontour with a very special spry old lady. Further, a lovely house with spectacular views. Caution concerning the garden dogs escape.

Lovely house with stunning views over the bay of walking Erquy.Eindeloos along the Breton coast on narrow paths with the blue sea in the background. Brittany has it all. We enjoyed it.

Few houses have such a view as this villa. Both the conservatory, living room, bedroom and dining room as you look at the sea! Even if it's bad weather, cloudy skies and sea remain fascinating. The garden is admittedly not great but the wind in the sun is quickly pleasant. You walk into the compact center of Erquy for daily groceries. Also an ideal base for trips in the area.

The setting is lovely. The photo 's of the house are dated, and the garden a bit wild. It remains a great place to from here to explore this part of Brittany. St Malo, Paimpol and the Ile de Brehat are recommended but please be sure not to schedule beach walk .overall, a happy holiday, a pleasant house ...

Beautiful location, overlooking the ocean. You cross the street and you are there, but a hilly road. Dinan, Saint Malo and Cap Frehel, many trips around Erquy. had a great holiday, we would still have a time to go there.
