This castle villa is really fantastic to stay in. Beautiful and nicely decorated, and incredibly spacious. Sufficient toilets and showers for large groups. The people you receive speak only French, that is less convenient, but we are well uitkomen.We were surprised because there was already some firewood in front of the fireplace was present, that we had already arranged. So assume that about 2-3 boxes are ready. The saunas were quickly hot and delicious, and nice how you walk into the woods from the garden.Another big plus was the professional dishwasher which is ready in 4 minutes, super nice if you're with such a large group If I had informed the administrators by SMS that we would be leaving in a few minutes, they would suddenly be in control at home. This without saying hello, I thought that was crazy.

The house is great. The decor is a nice mix of stylish old furniture and matching new accessories. The three large living rooms are great for large groups, to meet the various needs for rest and entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped and with the industrial dishwasher is made clear again quickly. The terrace offers a great view of the valley and despite the proximity to the highway, it is quite quiet. The sauna area is enhanced with the help of lighting and high-quality, sanitary facilities. (He's in the basement.) We had a great week. The caretakers are very friendly and accommodating and speak a very clear French, so that we could well follow their explanations with our school French.

The house is very nice in a quiet upper borough of about 3 km from Spa. The house is very well equipped and ideally suited for groups of 10-20 people. Not every room has a toilet, but sufficient in the house. The sanitary facilities in the rooms are partly, simple but very clean. The Ausenanlagen are very nice and well kept.

Neat, beautiful villa. A small tip is to take a closer look at the dishwasher to see if it can function better so that cleaning goes better. Furthermore, all facilities work properly.

Arrival was fine. Reception by only French-speaking people. First impression was good. House is a bit off the road, therefore no problems with main road. Beds were a bit soft and sofas in the living room sagged. Furthermore, fantastic house with beautiful appearance!

The accommodation was like the photos expected to be perfect! There were no negative surprises. Everything in a very neat and clean condition. Also the entire size of the whole area was impressive. Unfortunately the communication with the owner was very difficult. Mr. Robert does not act a bit service-oriented, hard to reach and does not respond to mails. The only response we received was additionally very blatantly written. He was ready to meet our request before we offered money. It was only about the journey 3 hours earlier to organize than 1700. None would have had work because the house was not previously forgiven. Unfortunately, he did not organize the key handover for 1400 was not organized. So we had to try to reach the local housekeeper via the Bellevilla SOS telephone. This unfortunately clouded our stay and thus our wedding celebration on site with waiting guests in front of locked door. Bellevilla has made every effort to help us. Good service, if the waiting loop is very long-winded in the hotline.
